The conference between Inspector Spyglass and Twilight Sparkle was interrupted by a sudden knock at the library door. The violet unicorn glanced over to the entranceway, then back to the Inspector before rising to admit her guest. When she opened the door, Twilight was surprised to see the resident mailmare, Derpy Hooves, with an unfamiliar white pegasus in tow. She was even more surprised to note that the pegasus was tightly bound with an old hemp rope, her mouth stoppered by a clump of handkerchiefs.

“Derpy found the bad pony,” the gray pegasus exclaimed proudly. Twilight’s look of confusion met the other pony’s wall-eyed stare until a further explanation was offered.

“The bad pony. The one that hurt Bluebell. Derpy got her!” With that, the pegasus took off, leaving her captive to Twilight, who looked pleadingly at Spyglass for guidance.

“Go ahead and bring her in,” the stallion offered, “and for Celestia’s sake, get her untied!”

A short while later, after confirming the white pegasus had never been to Ponyville prior to that morning and that she had no knowledge of the crime which had taken place there, Twilight and the Inspector apologized to the unfortunate mare and showed her to the door. As she stretched her wings for takeoff, they advised her to avoid Derpy’s usual mail route on the way out of town, and finally, with their unexpected visitor making good headway toward the low-lying clouds, the two turned back to the library’s interior and their work.

Then, she read her her Miranda rights in great detail and contacted Lionel Hufs, the local attorney, so that she would have her rights respected. And then she told her stories about Dinky until the detective came.

Also, even if you could, I'm totally not opening a portal to any pony-verses. Not after what happened the last time we did that; the whole Siege of Dream Castle incident is not something I want to repeat, and I only saw it from the battle-log videos. *shudder*

My cousin used his PhoeBondage quirk to successfully convince Celestia's Guards that his pony didn't know where Philomena was.

He tried it again on Celestia (I rushed through the game to get to her since they rolled Iron Hoof Celestia) and almost got banished.

Some of you may remember the long winter we had, but let me tell you, getting snow on April 1st was something of a last straw with me. At that point, winter was officially ridiculous.

Anyway, that night came, and I dutifully booted up the next episode. By some weird chance, it was Winter Wrap-Up. I chuckled and lol'd at the thought of the late winter caused by unorganized ponies. Good episode behind me, I shut down my laptop and went to bed...

...only to find the next day that all the snow had melted, the temperature was in the upper 50's, there wasn't a cloud in the sky, and I'm fairly certain I heard birds.



I've since decided not to put too much thought into that one.

It's EsperDerek as Midnight (you can use his avatar for reference), and the colt is indeed Thanqol's self-insert. All I remember are a grey coat and an iron mask as cutie mark (I went for the dr doom look). It's almost noon in canberra, so he should healing soon to give you more specifics.

As a side note, the hoof sticking up on the right is supposed to be a hind leg to show the confined space. Since his other forehoof doesn't appear anywhere, I don't think I pulled it off...

Ah, it's just, something I was working on, have been working on for a while, got completely rejected as unfeasible by a group I'm a part of, basically out of the blue, with no indicators before hand.

Basically, what happened was a friend of mine, my best friend, had heard stuff about the leaders of the group not really liking it, and decided to tell me, and try to mediate it out between me and the leaders, but just kind of snowballed into complete rejection of what I was working on, and my best friend feels like crap now because hes blaming himself because he thought he should have left well enough alone, and _he_ put a lot of work into it too, to help me.

So, yeah, complete rejection and getting my friend hurt at the same time. Not a good day. I'm sorry if that sounded rambly and not a lot of sense, but I'm pretty out of it right now.

(Plus the movie sucked.)
