Justin sets his lance ready to charge and focuses his gaze on the creatures. It is plainly obvious that the only reason he hasn't already charged is because Nesharra seems to be trying to talk to them.

The daemons turn around as one and move to look at you. They move in a way suggesting that they are acting as of one mind or atleast keeping themselves together in a phalanx. One, with a differently colored crest on his helmet steps forward.

Crest daemon speaks. "What do you ask? Why does it matter to you why we are here? We are here because we are here. We have come here since we are not on our home." The daemon says.

Justin shifts his lance so that it is now pointed at the leader, but his readied action remains the same.
"Nesharra? What's it saying"

Nesharra hissed. "I asked them why they are here, and they said that they are here because they are here, and they have come because they are not in their homes. I can't make any sense of it!"

Justin's voice practically drips with sarcasm "Oh wonderful, a philosophical Daemon. Tell it to reveal its current purpose and orders immediately or we will destroy it"

Nesharra turns back to the daemons. "Tell us your orders or we will be forced to destroy you."

the Daemons reply. "Our orders are our orders. It doesn't matter to us what we are supposed to do or who we are ordered to kill. We have orders to go kill denizens of this world and that is what we do. We are also ordered to find users of psionics and capture them alive for study. We are also ordered to locate and identify possible threats to our masters. We are not ordered to harm kitties no matter what their size, but then we are not also ordered to not harm kitties either." The Daemons say, studying you all to see how you respond.

If you intend to hurt the innocent people of this world any more, then you won't take another step further!" Nesharra yelled as she jumped at the lead daemon, hands alight. Her form blurred as shadows enveloped her. She struck at the leader twice, angling her attacks at his face not covered by his helmet.

Gusto also joins in on the somewhat inevitable combat, drawing two clubs and sprinting toward the leader.

The Daemons stumble under your attacks, and don't seem to be affected by Bob's lightning. The daemons as a group don't look so good. They start pulling back. Everyone but Justin and Bob can make AoOs. Also, its one AoO despite the fact that a couple are moving past multiple people who could have combat reflexes.

You sponteously transport into a temple to the god Pelor. A bag of 2000 Gold coins lies on the ground along with 5 potions of cure moderate wounds for each of you. Several gems lie beside the potions. The gems are rubies worth about 250gp each. There are 10 of them.

It is also night time now and time for you to rest. You each feel quite weary, having fought many battles this day. (Add another 1500xp each)
