"I know that Dad's university has a Wilderness and Survival Department. If you work hard, I'm sure that you could easily qualify for one of the courses." It's not a very academic department, and Lily's lack of formal education is less important than the skills and knowledge she might pick up elsewhere.

"Of course she does," Justin says with confidence. "Wilderness and survival? In a university? Isn't that more of a technical school sort of thing?" What kind of job do you get with that degree? Park ranger? Like in Yogi?

Actually, when Justin takes a second to think about that, Lily'd probably love that sort of thing.

"Certainly sir." Butler says, working on fixing the bed up before heading to the kitchen.

Butler's not getting away that easily. Vidalia reaches out, her arm extending and becoming a tendril, and she'll try to scritch his ear as he start to head toward the kitchen. Be a dear and make something for yourself as well. Then she'll end it with an attempted slap to the buns.

Marty just sits and stares at her. A woman n-named Shada...and a drowess called Trissy'lene. Shada w-was a childhood f-friend....She c-cared f-for me...always...I adored h-her...my first lover as w-well. Do w-we h-have to talk about this? He's very uncomfortable.

Vidalia sighs. Yes. We have to talk about this. Today. In this room. Now. She's looking straight at Marty, getting more serious with each statement.

Quinn quickly gets out the medical scanning devices, and sets about scanning Ori. As she applies a bit of a topical numbing agent and starts, very carefully, removing all that nasty shrapnel as best she can.

Infirmary

Prism just stands a safe distance away from the edge of the medbed, occasionally glancing at what Quinn is doing but for the most part just keeping to herself and trying not to watch anything icky. After a while of letting Quinn do her work, she asks softly, "Is she gonna be okay?"

Well, I'd say the shrapnel is easy enough to remove, but Ori doesn't answer Prism due to, you know, being unconscious.

"She'll be fine," Quinn tells Prism with a smile, as she completes the removal of the shrapnel, and then sets about doing Medical Scanny Stuff to check for any remaining internal injuries.

"That's good." The little far-girl replies before slowly shuffling up to Ori's bedside and trying to lightly touch her hand. She'd never seen someone hurt so bad before, but she thinks that if she had such a nasty boo-boo that someone would be around to hold her hand and comfort her when she woke up.

((It's okay if you don't know what to post Mee. You can just say how effective the medical stuff Quinn is doing is and then we can probably timeskip to when Ori wakes, if you're planning on having her wake up.))

Yuki spots Reinholdt appearing and looks around to see if anyone else is seeing people appear out of nowhere. Curious if she is going insane the red haired white winged woman approaches him. "Excuse me sir."

Reinholdt glances around a bit. Oh. Here.
"Yes?" He asks the winged woman.

She smiles at him relived that she isn't imaging things. "Um do you know Reinholdt?" She figured she could ask around until she found him, might as well ask strangers that appear from no where.

Better than strangers appearing from anywhere.

"Yes, I do. What do you need with him?" Reinholdt asks curiously.

"Sophie had said he might be able to help me figure out this symbol." She pulls out a piece of paper with a drawing on it, a combination of the letters D and Q with a double helix wrapped around it, it has a corporate logo feel about it. She holds it out for him to take a look at. "I think it has something to do with where I came from. I have some memory troubles." She explains with a little frown.

"Oh." Reinholdt says, looking at the symbol. Some twisted form of Dairy Queen maybe? "And you don't know anything about it?"

"It was on the plane that we think I fell from, other then that I do no know. I don't suppose that it looks familiar to you?" She asks hopefully.

"Not particularly." Unless his player is missing something that he should know or Reinholdt's visited that plane before and not told anyone.

Nope it is highly unlikely that Reinholdt would have seen or heard of this plane before. Even if he had he would have no reason to remember it. Apparently Sophie had figured Reinholdt was more likely to know anyone else around. "Oh OK. Um do you know how I could find Reinholdt?" She asks reaching to take the piece of paper back. Still not having figured out who she is talking to.

Actually I believe Sophie directed her to Reinholdt because Reinholdt has a lot of connections and can almost definitely find out anything he doesn't know.

"Actually that'd be me. Now that I'm sure you aren't trying to kill me or anything." Well not a hundred percent sure, but you gotta make do sometimes.

That also makes sense. Yuki blinks in surprise and looks a feels a bit foolish. "Oh, hello. I'm not trying to kill you for sure. If you don't recgonize the symbol do you have any ideas of someone who might?" The young looking woman asks hopefully. It might be hard to see the desperation in her face. She knows this is a long shot, but at the moment it is her only hope of figuring out her past.

"Well... no real planar experts or anything off the top of my head that would. Well not the normal people route anyways."

"There's some other options. The first I'd recommend would be to visit... to, uh, visit..." Reinholdt blinks. He was sure there was a large source of information that... he can't remember. Quite odd really.

Earl's Encyclopedes are out.

"Forget that. There's some random people powerful enough to find out but that's indirect. And one of them is totally untrustworthy, I wouldn't introduce you anyways."

"There is Helios though. Near as I can tell, he's a god spirit thing that brokers information for a living. Could still be dangerous and trading something is probably a given. Granted, I've only really met him once."

"I don't have much to trade, but if he can help me find out more about where I came from I would be more then willing to trade. Do you think you can help me meet this Helios?" Yuki smiles looking relived. If there is anyone out there that could help her a god spirit of knowledge should be able to.

A new challen- er, person appears, led by one Druid Princess Mikani! This new arrival is a rather skinny girl, dressed in a long grey cloak and a dark grey jumpsuit of a strange material. Her dark hair is tied up in twin tails and two crystal blue eyes look out curiously toward the buildings.

"...wow. This is where you live? GLoG, isn't it?" Her eye twitches in apprehension.

"Sure, if I can remember how..." Last time he had an idol that Helios had created and that sort of helped. Since it could talk and all, being an imprisoned soul.

"There may have been fire involved and the sun setting? Or maybe just calling him. Hey Helios! HELIOS!!"

Helios is Shadowcaller's character by the way.

"Yup!" Mikani declares, then pauses, detransforming in a quick breeze and swirl of ribbons back to Jamie. "My mom helps run the place, and my dad has a lab here." She smiles broadly. "It's kinda rustic, but I love it."

And on the path through the suspiciously Minecraftian cactus fence they pass, into the main camp area.

Yuki looks surprised when Reinholdt starts yelling. Then looks around in case someone responds. She isn't sure if someone will appear or a disembodied voice. "So this really works?" She wonders if she should call out.

"Y'know, I've heard good and bad things about GLoG. Perhaps an insider's opinion would help clear things up?"

"Yup! Dad's always really busy though." And Jamie looks sad for a moment, before returning to cheerfulness. "And, sure! What do you wanna know?" the redhead asks, looking eager to help.

Noting Jamie's flicker of sadness, Sayuri's eyes flash slightly, and she gives her fellow magical girl a small, comforting smile. "You can still visit him though, right?"

"Well," she muses, placing a finger on her chin. "One of the worse things I've heard is that you guys don't just defeat anyone who attacks GLoG, you capture them and brainwash them and force them to work for you."

"Oh, no, hardly! We only have people working and living here who want to be here, either to redeem themselves or to help those wanting to redeem their evil ways.

And we do have the best food," she agrees with a grin.

Jamie and Sayuri might spot a tiny figure scurrying towards them from the campsite. Jamie will definetly recognize Brinika. Sayuri will see a tiny, grey-skinned goblin girl in a warm jacket, a hat and ear warmers.

"So you only have people here who want to be redeemed? But then, if they already want to be not evil, wouldn't that already make them not evil? So they wouldn't really need be redeemed, right?" Sayuri gives Jamie a confuzzled look.

"In that case, it would certainly be remiss of me to visit and not try it out, ne?"

As she catches sight of the tiny goblin girl, the blue-eyed magical girl tilts her head to the side and whispers to Jamie. "Hey, who's the little girl...?"
