Near A Log

"Oh, I see. Sort of. Hey, this shape can still talk!" Though Natalie's speech is slower than it usually is. She quickly (well, ish) turns back into a girl, just as one of the spirits comes to visit. "I guess we should go to the Infirmary, huh? Hopefully it's just the new shape- if it's anything else, Dad might not let me come visit again." Natalie doesn't live in GLoG; she lives off-world, in a manor house with her father, brother and a lot of servants.

Near a log

Carth nods. "Ok, we should go then. Does your dad just drop you off here?"

Near a Log --> Infirmary

"No, he's hired a professional interdimensional courier with a magic motorcycle. I hold on behind him as we ride the motorcycle through the cracks in reality. It's really cool." And cheaper than opening a large portal to bore through the dimensional wall.

"But then he doesn't stay with you once you get here, so that means he drops you off." he says as they enter the infirmary. Maybe she doesn't know the expression?

The woman is surveying the lake with Marley when she hears the scream. She turns to her companion, realizing she doesn't know his name.

Uh, er, what was that?

Infirmary

"Yes, but Dad can't drive a motorcycle, so he doesn't drop me off. The courier does." Which is what she meant.

Her dad hasn't actually visited the Nexus yet, I don't think.

The woman is surveying the lake with Marley when she hears the scream. She turns to her companion, realizing she doesn't know his name.

Well it's about this time that Reinholdt slowly wakes up. The first thing he notes is that he's alive. Whoo, that's a good thing. At least he thinks he's alive. GLoG is covered with ghosts who die here, right? What if he's dead but a ghost now. That'd be the worst.

So feeling himself, he affirms that he is indeed flesh and bones and alive and wait... what's that? He squeezes a bit to make sure before rolling over face up to look down at himself herself.

At that point, a rather shrill scream can be heard.

"My guess, someone else who was affected. It doesn't sound that far away."

Marley hurries over to the sound of the scream, but stops when he sees Reinholdt. Let's see, a very pretty lady who looks like Reinholdt's human form. Likely is him.

"Reinholdt, what happened to you this time?"

And poor manners still Marley, you really should introduce yourself to the guest here.

[Reinholdt]

Lakeside

A better description would be a flaming hawt (inhumanly so) woman with Rein's pink eyes and his clothes. Which no longer really fit, but the leather jacket covers that up well enough.

"What do you mean what happened to me? Look I've got... and I don't have... and... GAH!" Reinholdt gesticulates appropriately, or inappropriately, or wildly. It's really hard to tell.

She'd introduce herself to the woman personally, but she's having kind of a bad day. Not that that's any excuse for rudeness.

Edge of Camp

"I'm glad you did," Jamie says brightly, smiling. "Um, you won't get in any trouble for visiting, will you?"

It might be noticed that the painting Jamie was working on is of herself as Mikani, along with two other Magical Girls, one with long twin blonde pigtails and the other pale as ash with white hair in the same style. They're standing on a cliff, looking over what seems to be a battlefield...

Edge of Camp

"No." Sasha says. She can be gone as long as she wants. It's encouraged even.

She looks at the painting Jamie's doing.

Boulder Filled Clearing

As young as Silence is, he easily grows restless if all he has to do is relax. Between that and his shaman training, he felt the need to get out to do what he does best.

If Lily follows the sounds of sledge hammers breaking apart boulders, she'll find him. Well, she could just look everywhere else, grow bored, then follow the sound in curiosity.

Whenever she does find him, she'll see him holding the sledgehammer that's chained to his right paw in both hands, raised high as he brings it down hard on a boulder as large as he is. Amazingly, the stone cracks perfectly in half, though he as a puzzled expression on his muzzle.

"Silence! Did you see the broken zombie? He was dragging himself on the ground with one arm, but then I fell asleep and when I woke up he was gone! Do you know where he went? Why are you breaking the boulders? Are they too big? What's wrong? You look confused about something?" Geez, Lily, that's a lot of questions to ask a mute.

The woman stifles a laugh by pulling her cloak up over her mouth. Then she sobers, unsure of whether or not the "flaming hawt" woman was supposed to be funny, or actually in pain of some sort.

Infirmary

Those in the infirmary can probably assume that the angel made of snow and ice rushing has something to do with the odd transformations. She seems quite alarmed about her current state. Also she bears a striking resemblance to Yuki, the amnesiac angel who can often be seen flying around GLoG.

Boulder Filled Clearing

Silence blinks at the barrage of questions and opens his mouth, like he's finally going to speak of something, but pawses() and tilts his head, looking at Lily funny. A second later, he reaches up to poke her new ears with a claw.

He doubted Pansy would like this.

Lily's new ear twitches. Her hands fly up to her head, and she feels her ears.






"I was turned into a catgirl? A catgirl? I can't be a catgirl! I'm supposed to be a wolfen! No no no no NO!!!!!!"

Silence shakes his head at Lily's dismay and points behind her, to the tail. She might not be a full Wolfen, but at least she's gotten partway there.

Marley gives a slight giggle at Reinholdt's gestures and state. Well, this is a bit amusing.

""So, did you pick up a potion or something that causes this? Or was it something more serious?

Still caught up in the moment, Marley.

There is a mostly empty bottle nearby with a hint of yellow mist left in it. Which Reinholdt proceeds to snatch up, following an intense glare at both of them.

"Not a potion. I don't know what it is. Was anyone else affected?" Rein asks, tilting to look at the woman he doesn't know. She presumes they weren't since they seem to be having a good time giggling at her.

"Well, something knocked me out, so I think maybe."

Marley still has a smile on his face, through he does look a bit more concerned.

"Can I see that bottle?"

Through its likely that the spirit animals have arrived to point Reinholdt to the infirmary at this point.

"I like to cook, and take care of the goats, and the fish traps," Tito says. "What do you like? Are you hungry yet?" Geez, Tito, it's only been a few minutes since you last asked!

When the Applehills want to feed someone they just do not quit. "I'm still fine," Timmy says. "I like reading mostly. Books on tropical places." He turns his head to Mark. The "we" comment did make him realize he should be included in his conversations as well.

Lakeside

"You should probably be careful handling that, if it's what caused this whole thing... it doesn't look like it's entirely empty."

Her expression, while oscillating between bemused and serious, has settled a bit more on the serious side. Regardless, a smile tugs at the corner of her mouth as she speaks.

[Reinholdt]

Lakeside

"The lady's right. It's too dangerous to pass around wildly and whatever's left might be the key to my cure." Two negatives make a positive, yes? Either way he's not handing the bottle over after how this all started. Needs to be taken care of in a controlled environment.

Reinholdt shoos the spirit animal away. He knows where the infirmary and medlabs are. "I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name in all this madness." She asks new woman.

She looks quizzically at the spirit animal for a moment, before shaking her head and turning her attention back to Reinholdt.

"I'm Annalee. I don't think I caught yours..?"

"Ah where are my manners. I am Marley, and this is Reinholdt."

Marley gives Annalee a small bow.

"Fair enough, if you don't mind me making sure it gets to where others can get a cure as well?"

[Reinholdt]

Lakeside

"Reinholdt, Treasure Hunter Extraordinaire." Reinholdt corrects, performing her flourish. "Nice to meet you Annalee. Sorry it's under such poor circumstances."

She looks at Marley quizzically. "I'm more than capable of walking to the Med Lab, Marley, off balance or not. Speaking of which I should get going. Maybe we'll talk more later." Reinholdt prepares to head to the Medlab, but gives them both a chance to respond first.

"Pleasure to meet you both."

Annalee returns Marley's bow with a small curtsy of her cloak.

"If you don't mind, I'd very much like to accompany you. I haven't got a chance to take a look around yet, and the Med Lab seem as good a place as any to start."

Marley was more referring to the fact that Reinholdt has a bad habit of using the stuff he finds as a means to destroy the world, or more than that. Best to keep an eye on the stuff so the cat doesn't do that again.
Anyways Marley's thoughts turn to more pleasant things.

"A fine idea. We can likely get to the bottom of this mystery there as well."

And so Marley heads off to the Med Lab.

Really Marley? He's been here for years and you're going to start keeping an eye on him now?

Good luck with that.

"That'd be fine." Reinholdt relents, keeping an eye on the conniving con-man that was once Marley. Always liked taking things.

Anyways, Reinholdt shows the way to the Medlab. Or follows as the case may be. Along the way, he makes sure to point out both the infirmary and the Main Cabin where the kitchen is, just in case Annalee didn't know yet.

Silence shakes his head at Lily's dismay and points behind her, to the tail. She might not be a full Wolfen, but at least she's gotten partway there.

Lily tries to look behind her and grab her tail, circling in place three or four times before she manages it.

"It's not a cat tail! It's a wolf tail! Oh, Silence, maybe the Dawn Wolf decided to start turning me into a wolfen now!" She crinkles her nose and sniffs a few times. "I think I can smell things better too!"

"Oh. I guess you got me, then."
Carth says, as he finds a good place to curl up and wait for them to be checked out.

Kitchen

"This One has enjoyed flipping through manuals and such. Previous accommodations never did have many books of other kinds." says Mark.

"What do you mean? I wasn't trying to trick you." Natalie's a bit confused.

She also sits next to Carth and reaches down to scratch his head.
