However, I find that this exchange has proved useful:
Eggel uses "history" in a way that does not support Xi's town-devil claim. Xi deflects by stating history is mostly untrue, which does not invalidate Eggel's point, but personally draws my attention, because I do actually like to argue semantics. It's not a smoking gun, but I think Xi has hurt her case as town here more than anything else she has said.

Duneyrr specifically asked NOT to be the Basic Villager.

TBFProgrammer was the jester, not Ramsus, and he did (jokingly) ask to be a jester. Then it shouldn't be too much of a stretch to imagine that if Duck is giving people the roles they asked for that he might give Duneyrr the role he asked not to be. Could be innocent, but looks like Xihirli is trying to discredit the idea of roles being assigned based on sign-up post though misdirection and misleading statements. Only real reason to do that is to protect herself from devil accusations. Not the strongest evidence ever, but enough for me to decide it was worth a poke at the time, and my opinion has not been changed.

So I'm not asking for a public explanation from Phantom, but if GG isn't a Mason we should get a counterclaim now and if none comes I think it would be best if Phantom contacts GG tonight about how he avoided being lynched and tomorrow we can hear whether or not we've gotten a satisfactory explanation from him.

Unless you think that surviving a lynch is per se evidence of wolfiness, this reads like an attempt to subtly make Phantom look like a wolf, without looking like she is trying to make Phantom look like a wolf. She's not saying he's a wolf, but she's going to suggest he needs to explain himself so that we can decide if his explanation is satisfactory. Unspoken implication is he is, or should be, under significant suspicion. But his survival is not inherently wolfy.

I don't see anything wrong with igordragonian's post. Asking for clarification in response to a very vague post from Kish. Odd vote for an odd reason.

From Kish, yeah. A hint that you missing at least means you're not in any central town network, so I don't risk killing a mason voting for you.

It only means he isn't connected to a network if Kish himself is connected to that network. But even then, what you have is an unconnected villager. Hunt wolves, don't vote for unconnected villagers and pretend it benefits town.

I've been checking Elenna's posts for distancing and/or sticking her neck out and found nothing.

Covered this already. When I think I have an idea for where to find wolves, but end up with nothing or null tells, I shrug and move on. I don't tell everyone that there is nothing there. This looks like you want to convince people there is nothing there, rather than that you really think there is nothing there.

Yeah, I meant BESIDES that, since I know I'm not on the side of the wolves.

FTFY. Telling people there is no evidence of wolfiness somewhere, then later admitting you knew there was evidence of you being possibly wolfy there...that does not make you look good

Logic I might be biased because he is going after Xihirli with me, but I'm slight town read right now. Could change quickly if I start to think he's bussing Xihirli (certainly a possibility that should not be precluded)

Kish I dislike his involvement in saving Xihirli by making the Xihirli and Phantom wagons tied, and his vote for Xihirli earlier in the day feels like distancing with a possibility of bussing. But overall he has been probably the most active player. Contributing is good, talking is pro-town.

There is absolutely no way I can vote for Xihirli. Their prettiness argument is a fortress through which there is no penetration.

While I'm certain town greatly appreciates Aventine's in depth analysis, my experience has led me to distrust those that provide abundant reasoning. Those who bend over all the way to help town seem to be wolves hiding under a veil of helpfulness. I want to trust you, but I have my doubts.

People who provide a lot of thought and reasoning are either town and trying to think through and solve the game, or wolves attempting to appear to be trying to solve the game. The good thing is, it is much easier to figure out if someone is a wolf if you have more from them to look through and analyze. The more someone tries to find wolves, the easier it becomes to work out whether they really are trying to find wolves, or if they are trying to mislead town.

Trying to make "abundant reasoning" appear wolfy is anti-town. Not necessarily wolfy, since it could easily be misguided villager, but definitely anti-town.

Xihirli is acting, as far as I can tell, like Xihirli. I see no real evidence she's a wolf. I see no real evidence she's not a wolf either, and since her claimed ability isn't useful to town I'll probably switch to her if ThePhantom says anything useful.
