I was just humiliated by my teenage daughter. We were at lunch with her boyfriend and his parents. So, on one hand, she made me look bad in front of her boyfriend's parents. On the other hand, I'm proud that my little girl fired back and won. Though she did kinda bring a gun to a knife fight.

The most famous historical Pirate/Privateer was Welsh

The Isle of Man is in-between Dorset, Wales, and Scotland.

Therefore a Dwarven Pirate should speak with a Manx accent.

A case can also be made for "Northern England English", but isn't a smaller island accent more piratey?
