Ohh, new thread!
...I'm sorry for not being as present as I should, but the birthday of one of my best friends came up and I had to organize everything to be perfect for today... then I go and get myself hurt while playing soccer XD

nothing's broken, it's a minor sprain, I didn't even feel pain and kept playing at the time, but in the night BAM! it came up so strong I had to be taken to the hospital....
it was fun though, I was the goalie and four of the other team attempted to score rapidly one after another... I was already on the ground when I grabbed the last one a little messily and the strength of the throw rebounded into my left wrist... still, my team won XD (and it was my third game ever)

...the funny part was that, while all my friends (both my team and the other one) know that I'm actually a female, but people from the sidelines kept saying among themselves "Look at that scrawny, girly boy! He's so small and yet no one got one in yet!" X°D

Sorry about the sprain, congrats about the game tho...

I think that's just because no one trusts a guy who most likely isn't wearing underwear. Because, I mean, without the nasty metal zippers to keep men in line...

They are intimidated. The manliest men on Earth wear kilts, and they do so because only people absolutely confident in their manliness and their ability to kick the ass of anyone who dares to call their kilt a skirt can get away with it. Someone so manly as to skip the kilt and actually wear a skirt, it is terrifying to the less manly among us, who are so insecure in their manliness they have to act like *******s all the time to try and prove their macho. It's like the big burly guy who goes into a bar in a back alley of Detroit or Los Angeles and orders a glass of milk, you just know not to mess with him.

You can classify it however you want, the fact is Kilts are manly and any man so confident in his manliness as to wear a skirt that isn't pleated is to be feared. Even more so when he is rushing downhill with a long-bladed knife and his manly parts flapping at you.

If we say pantaloons or trousers, we mean the article in question. Pants are undergarments 100% of the time.

Unless used as a colloquialism for "something that is a bit sub-par" as in "The opening act for La Roux was a bit pants".
