The green power willl speed him up and he will charg ar Crazy Rae in the moment he is distracted by someone other. He will smah him with his Cyborg fist, which if succed will really really hurt.

Ghar responds by unleashing an inferno around him. Then he proceeds to teleport. Followed by a rapid succession of spells. Lightning bolt, fireball, lightning bolt, fireball, lightning bolt, fireball, lightning bolt, fireball, lightning bolt.
