((So you're sick of being suspicious, so your solution is to....cheat? After you're dead when it can't help you? Instead of say....watching how other people play and figure out the very very simple things to do to not be suspicious all the time? Here's an example. Don't tell freaking obvious lies that clearly are self serving or tell people to do things without providing motivation for them to actually do what you want them to. And especially don't have one follow the other.

So basically, because you're frustrated that you get killed because you're being too lazy to think things through, you feel justified ruining other people's fun and the work someone put into making a game?

Also, get over it. A bunch of us go through periods of getting killed a lot for no real good reason. You don't see Murska cheating to vent stress and he gets unjustly killed (often early) all the dang time. And heck, at least you have to open your mouth to be considered suspicious. With him it's just default. So yeah, I'm not even going to consider, for the slightest moment, accepting your self pity excuse.

@Blue Dice: If that didn't clear things up for you, ask Penguinator. I should probably not even have said this much considering I'm dead in that game too.

Pretty sure We're looking at one of Ramsus' meta-crusades here. Super dark PM'd someone after dieing in Medieval Werewolf. This is strictly against the default rules (he was dead), but is especially onerous in a game where PMs themselves are strictly forbidden. Penguinator is the narrator for Medieval.

I find it somewhat detrimental to the ongoing games to lynch for these kinds of reasons. Wouldn't it just be better for narrators to not let people join their games (for a time) if they feel the need to censure someone, instead of allowing one act in one game to affect the flow of other games?


@V Sorry, your upcoming game and Medieval's setting kind of crashed together in my mind when I was selecting terminology. I didn't mean to imply anything by it.

TBF, I also don't have a better lynch target. If someone actually has a good lynch target with real reasons I'd switch. But, I might as well vote to lynch someone I feel has otherwise earned it.

Also, meta-crusades is a bit harsh and I don't exactly appreciate the implications.

Let's keep other games and what happened there out of this game.
We don't want personal wars over several games because somebody messed up another game. (Though it can be very annoying if your game is ruined by cheating people. Especially dead cheating people. If you're dead the game is over for you. It doesn't matter what happens after that, because you lost.)

Yeah, and if she IS the Alpha-wolf, the wolves won't create interference? Heck, even if she isn't a wolf, they might just create interference to try getting her lynched. Not only that, but a wolf could volunteer for the job of scrying her.

I don't think the wolves are going to waste all their scries to protect Lex or trick us into lynching her. And if they do? We lynch her then anyway and even if she's town we still came out ahead as they wasted five scries they could have used to find the targets they want dead. So yeah, I'm fine with someone else scrying her before we lynch her.

The question is how do we make sure we don't end up with nobody or five town scrying her?

This is true... I had forgotten that there were wolf scriers in this. But, Szilard isn't clear either. I don't know. I don't like lynching her on this one thing, but... Bleh. Lex-Kat, you have anything to say on the matter?

Szilard, what type of scrier are you? That will make anything we do much more informative.

Also, attempting to coordinate scries in public is probably a bad tactic. Between interfering wolves, tricksters and the night kill, there are too many ways that can be turned against town.

Breakfast had just finished when Matthias woke up. He had slept pretty good, considering he was in an unknown part of the school. The cat had kept him company, or at least, it was still in the same spot.
Matthias got up and walked in the direction he thought he came from the previous night. There was a cold, stone spiral staircase. He climbed them slowly and carefully. His head hit the cellar door, which was now closed.
Fortunately, nobody had locked it. Matthias pushed it open and climbed out.
He had to be near the main hall, because he heard the other students not too far away. He headed for the noises and bumped into Alexia, now human-sized.
"What happened yesterday?", he asked her and sat down against the wall.

Jarred was face down on the floor next to Alexia, he most certainly did not trip again on his way back to the Grand Hall, he was merely marveling at the detailed work of the floorboards.

Well, I'd always be fine with going back to super dark.

That said....this sounds like a wolf trying to nail someone they want dead without repercussion of a lynch. If Lex-kat turns out to be good I'm going to move to lynch you just to be on the safe side.
