Twitter World Challenge

This is not partially about a of world ruled by small birds. Rather Also, this is a challenge to come up with a description for a campaign that is limited by Twitter's 140 character maximum. I'm having a hard time (as always) creating my own setting, so I'm hoping that some of these can help provide the inspiration to both myself and others to make something truly unique for the players. Since the descriptions can't be detailed, two people can use the same description to create very different worlds.

Also, feel free to comment on whatever you find.

The rules of the challenge are as follows:

1. You may only have 140 characters or fewer in your description.
2. It must be coherent.
3. You may provide a brief name for the setting, outside of the 140 character limit, but you do not have to.

EXAMPLE:
Grey vs Gray vs Black
Two nations connected by archipelagos. One has the Sublime Way while the other has Magic. A new evil erupts from the ocean during their war.

Now littered with onyx, the decimated Kingdom struggles to survive against a surge of necromancers and a new extradimensional "Soul Market".

I see where you're coming from and wholeheartedly support it, but I consider it so obvious that I can't bring myself to edit the original post for it

Portals of various sizes begin to appear across the world, leading to different planes, far away lands, and many, many complications.

The Council of Mages attempts to recover after the Master of Necromancy decimates the Elven capital, flooding the forests with evil.
