Thalia replies, caught off guard by the question,

Amelia's Room

Yuki diverts his attention away from Amelia's body in order to focus on the wires targeting his tools. He quickly reaches into his bag and pulls out a small magical drug originally designed to slow a body's metabolism down for sensitive operations. Hopefully, it'll have the same effect on the wires. With a deft motion, he thrusts it into the orb, directly at the center of the mass of wires.

The wires recoil and try to avoid the drug, but they have grown to large and don't have anywhere to hide. With the drug administered the wires do seem to slow down. They don't stop attacking the orb but they do slow down, both in growing and their attacks.

Um, yes. It's healed.
Thalia replies, caught off guard by the question,

"That's good." Naku says, nodding to herself as she slides the glass across the bar. "Enjoy."

Thalia replies as she takes the drink, sipping it and observing the other inhabitants of the DFI

Mist will be around if Thalia is more outgoing than he is, but otherwise is quite content with sticking to his current conversation.

With a small sigh of relief, Yuki reinforces the containment around the wires with a small magical pulse, fixing the damage that had been dealt. He then tries to cut off the wires in the orb from the wires in Amelia's body.

Amelia's Room

Between being drugged and cut off from Amelia the wires seem to quiet down to the point that Yuki should be able to ignore them as harmless. When the young doctor turns back to Amelia he might be annoyed to find the wires already starting to grow back from where he was cutting them away.
