...Are Pikachu (Pikachus? Pikachi?) items of apparel now? Or is this just something that would be nice to have and distracting?

I have a sudden desire to make a life size Eevee plushie, place a couple loops on the under side, slip a hairband through the loops, and have an Eevee ride on my head all day.
