The Emperor of Spire City, Eryn Loboniva, arrives in a resplendent carriage flanked by a number of old, harsh-faced Royal Guards. None of the palace pretty boys here. He waves for most of them to remain behind, bringing just four of them along as he enters. He nods lightly at first Lyrica and then Cecil.
