We started over though. Because of what you told me. We're back together now. But there's this whole other life I once had that I don't remember.

Get out, Peter. I can keep him from destroying her completely, but you are of no use here. Please. Protect my body. He seems to be a lot more powerful than before, and I can't escape. But I swear to you, that he will not degrade her any further than he has. If you can destroy him, I can free her mind. Dr. Beit will do psychic combat with Alek's remnant.

The remnant hisses, and just gives up fighting. Instead, it fuels all of itself, all its vibrance, life, energy, into "Huggles". Not giving it telepathy, but massively strengthening it, hopefully.

Raven gets out of Melody's mind and stands guard over Melody's and Beit's bodies.

Dr. Beit, surprised that Alek gave up so easily, will comfort and nourish Melody. He will not attack Huggles. In fact, he will attempt to show it love and affection, also.

Butler stands by the bed in the infirmary unsure of what to do, so he starts cleaning up the infirmary like a proper butler.

All the time she's been talking with Nil, Turtle has been struggling through the blizzard, carrying Reinholdt's skeleton.

She now walks in the door.

I'm home.

And collapses from mental and physical exhaustion. In her arms is the skeleton of a cat.

Butler, having finished with the infirmary moves back to the main room. Seeing a collapsed woman, he quickly rushes over and scoops her up. Carrying her back to the infirmary, he lays he gently down on the bed, and lets those more experienced help her.

He returns to the main room and starts cleaning up the skeleton, throwing it in the trash next to the door.

the cyborg comes in and sit on the couch by the fire.

Lex, knowing who's skeleton it is, removes it from the trash, and takes it to Nil's office. With a note saying: This is Reinholdt's skeleton. Please resurrect him. Thanks.

The new butler put there. Seems he need to be trained. Who are you?

Dani wanders into the main room, and grins at Lex, waving, looking curiously at the newcomer.

Callistus. New member, as of a couple days ago.

[The Bushranger]

I'm Dani! It's nice to meet you! Dani grins and skips over to shake Callistus' hand.

[Lex-Kat]

Lex waves at Dani. Well welcome, Callistus. Hi, Dani. I'm needed in the VC. See ya around. Lex flies away.

Dani pouts a little and waves at Lex before resuming her grin and heading for the kitchen.

And Jazirian undeadtimes spectacularly as he asplodes the deadtime ooze carrying him from the inside.
He enters the kitchen in the form of a (golden-eyed) crow.

CMOT runs in, puts up a sign, then leaves.

In a possible coincidence, Butler enters the kitchen and not seeing the crow, begins to clean up.

The cyborg enters, this time wearing a black tux and bowtie, with a white shirt.

The crow leaves, sensing something at the Taverna using *waves hands and wiggles fingers* mysterious Dragon Powers.

[Vespe Ratavo]

Vespe drops in, evidently from a hole in the ceiling, holding out something that looks suspiciously like Victoria's Alignment-Detect-O-Mat, only with a star sticker on it. I could have sworn it was coming from here! This Mysterious-Dragon-Power-Detect-O-Mat is worthless! He hurls it across the room, where it shatters into a bajillion pieces. Oh. Hello, Butler. Settling in well?
