GLoG 19: For those who can't make it over the rainbow

I hope to god my life never becomes this confusing.

"George was... " Turtle hesitated. If George had really enchanted Czernov into loving him, that was rape, and she didn't want to hit Czernov with that all at once. "George was a member here. But he disappeared sometime before you were killed. Alek was some sort of twisted, insane version of you, from another dimension. Physically identical to you, but nothing alike in personality. After his first death, his allies managed to help him possess your body and displace you."

[Kaelaroth]

Czernov looks shocked, and the drones try and get everyone to leave Czernov alone as he slips into a deadtime bubble - perhaps due to more sedatives?

Johnny is ushered away by the drones.
Well that was confusing.

[Admiral_Kelly]

Negative Response: It would be a violation of my Data Protection Protocols to release information to strangers.

"Erm-hmm. Robots." She rolls her eyes. "Can I talk to someone else of your organization? Such as a sentient biped?"

Dani appears.

Sentinent biped right here! the tiny redhead says in an alltogether-too-cheerful voice. Welcome to GLoG! What do ya need?

[Admiral_Kelly]

She looks surprised for a brief moment at the sudden instance of teleportation, though not as jarring as it come with an accompanying 'pop' sound. "Hi. My name is Aracely Pratcher. I'm looking up some dark-wizard-knight from a star wars-eque setting who's looking up someone named 'Drelin'. Do you have any information logs on this guy?"

Drelin...Drelin... Dani tilts her head, cutely, to try and figure out if she knows somebody named that. Drelin...isn't he related to Darkcomet? I've never heard of the wizard guy before though. Oh! And I'm Dani! It's nice to meet you!

[Admiral_Kelly]

Aracely takes out a notepad and writes a few names down. "A lot of names which begin with D. Are you related to them? Oh, and nice to meet you."

[Fredthefighter]

Johnny notices the newcomer after taking a nap.
Hello there, I'm Johnny, nice to meet you.
The young boy smiles.

Dani giggles and shakes her head.
Nope! I'm Dani Williams. I'm only related to my sister Dorothy...

Somewhere a letter "D" lands on somebody unfortunate.

I have six brothers, but they're called Jim, George, Geoff, Jack, Joe and Gordon. You probably don't know any of my family, although my dad Edward Boy is quite a powerful wizard.

[Admiral_Kelly]

"This is all very nice, but I'm gathering information for a target at the moment." She says neutrally. "What can you two tell me about Darkcomet and Drelin?"

Happy steps into the infirmary to check on Czernov, but tries not to wake him.

Dani tilts her head curiously.
A target? What kind of target?
She doesn't sound suspicious - actually, genuinely curious.
And cute, of course.

((and her player has to deadtime ))

He's there, on the bed, still. Healthy, muscular, well. Sleeping soundly.

Before you ask, I know nothing about either of the two. I was just making conversation.

[Admiral_Kelly]

"I told you; I'm a bounty hunter, miss." She says before Dani deadtimes.
"So I see." She says to Johnny. "Can you lead me to someone who would know?"

Greg, who was there all the time, answers:
"sorry, don't know much about DC and Drelin, I only vaguely know what they look like. You should ask someone with more seniority."

[Fredthefighter]

Well, I don't know, I'm pretty much new here and therefore have no clue at what I should do here. So I'd recommend waiting for someone else or coming back later. Sorry, I can't help you.

[Kaelaroth]

And Czernov continues sleeping, trapped in a new deadtime bubble.

Happy sits and watches over him, deadtiming as well.

Johnny makes his way to the Taverna.

[Admiral_Kelly]

Aracely nods to Johnny, then turns to Greg. "Tell me what they look like so I may be able to identify them."

[Darkcomet]

This is when Deren shows up to intrude on the conversation.

What about my brother and Drelin?

"Well, they both wear mostly black, and Drelin has a hat. I think he's a cyborg too. DC has black hair. Sorry for not being much of a help." said Greg, still wondering why s/he wants to track down Drelin and DC.

[Admiral_Kelly]

Aracely rites this information down in her notebook. "Go, got it." She looks at the newcomer. "So your brother is Darkcomet and you know Drelin?" She asks. "A man in black is looking for Drelin - I'm after the man in black."

[Darkcomet]

Deren is now even more confused. Drelin is not a friend of ours, trust me. Quite the opposite. Let whoever is looking for him have his way.

[Admiral_Kelly]

"If you want this Drelin dead I suppose you would say that, but, see, this man who is after Drelin is a murderer himself. Your group wouldn't want one of those running amok." She reasons.

"No, we wouldn't" said Greg. "do you know what he looks like?" Greg asks.
