Perhaps there can be a village bomb limit at 50, so only several hundred more people will have to suffer before we can sit back and enjoy the MEGATHREAD!

Re: Avatar Battle Royale Discussion Thread XIX: To FAIL, or not to FAIL?
I just had a scary thought....
Do that mods even exist anymore?
Think about it! Our new thead STILL isn't approved, the Fan-Comic List is never checked or updated, and....there's probably other evidence!
The mods don't exist anymore! We can swear, flame, and post pornographic images and nobody will stop us!
...Not that I'd WANT to do any of that. But we could if we wanted to because the Mods don't exist anymore!AVATAR BATTLE ROYALE!

The mods are still around, occasionally they just need a firm nudge.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale Discussion Thread XIX: To FAIL, or not to FAIL?
In FI, Lying is infected with Sovice nanites that render him basically gibbering and insane until he revives in a clone body (Which they then later infect again).
He's most likely going to be a largely background character, delivering motes of wisdom amidst chaotic and random rantings of madness.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale Discussion Thread XIX: To FAIL, or not to FAIL?
Yes, barring perhaps Randomizer, though if you're thinking he's invulnerable you'd be dead wrong.
Lying can withstand a lot of damage, but he can still drown, suffocate, starve, and if then he's out of clones he's finished for good. Chaotic Good weapons are also able to harm him beyond his regenerative capacities.
And then his natural biology is as feeble as that of any human male in his late 40s, so the nanites just fiddle with his neurochemistry and his more focused magics (Namely his wizard and cleric spells) are up the whazoo, which includes most of his more powerful spells, like Exafts, Time Stop, and Telekinesis. All he's really got left at that stage are his sorcerer spells, which are driven by instinct and emotion and which he previously used largely as backup to his main spells.

Rand's awesomeness is:
R=p^p
Where R=Rand's awesomeness ,and p=awesomeness of person he is being compared to.
Because he looks like he is made from flaming jell-o.
