Alberit scratches his head. "You know what? That'll work." He pulls out a small wand and aims to the sky. Three blue lights appear overhead. "I'll get some other Knights here to help me take the Gnoll to holding, and we'll worry about this tommorow. Perhaps... third bell after sunrise?"

"Sounds good to me," he mutters.

Thipika

Thipika gratefully hands the gnoll to the knight, knowing that he would probably have more trouble carrying it than she did. The compliments seem to fly right over her head. "Where should we meet, then?"

"The garrison in the Merchant district can do fine. But make sure this woman gets home alright. She probably had a rough night." Alberit nods to the three women then to the men. Another knight, a human, runs up and helps Lucas up as well. They wander off into the streets and soon are out of sight.

"Merchant district garrison, third bell from the sunrise, we take the lady home. Understood." He nods and turns to the lady.

"Let's be off then, ma'am".

Meira bows before the guards as they take their leave.

"Dont worry, Madrona, we will accompany you to your residence ... umm, lead the way I guess !"

Moryl bows to the knights as well.

"Very well then, Knight Consort Alberit. May your night progress without further incident."

Alberit nods in thanks to Moryl and jogs off.

Modrona looks to Moryl and Nuglor and points down the other half of the alleyway. "I live just down that way. It can't be more than a few dozen yards."

A short jaunt ends with Madrona at the door of a nice stonework townhouse. The house looks much like a small Victorian home, but as if the marble and stone that makes up the street grew into the shapes of the home.

Thipika

Thipika walked with the others to Madrona's house, but once Madrona was inside, bade her farewell. "If you need me, I'll be at the church of Aizen Myo."

"Hold a moment, good Paladin. I will accompany you, as my lodgings are there as well."

Moryl trots to catch up to Thipika.

"Forgive me, I do not recognize you. Are you perhaps new to Van Kreev? I have not been an acolyte for overlong; perhaps you are returning after an absence?"

Thipika

Thipika falls into step with Moryl, saying, "I've only been here a little while, yes. Before this, I was out in the country."

As the paladin and the cleric have their own conversation, Nulgor continues his with Meria.

"So, miss Shortmaster, what were we talking about, again? Ah, right, that business deal with my mistress. What was it..." He tries to remember what the deal was about.

"Try to get some sleep, Madrona. And dont think about what happened recently...in a negative way. Think of it as a new and exciting adventure !" Meira waves goodbye to the young lady."Well, I guess it's time for us to go on our separate ways towards our own residences, then. Pleasant dreams !"

As Meira prepares to leave the group, Nulgor suddently reminds her of the interrupted conversation they were having earlier. " About the spell scrolls she ordered ? Yes, I am well aware of Lady Veloniae's order, but she has to understand that business is not going preety good nowadays, and research for those spells cost gold. Tell her to grant me one more week."

After accompanying Mardona to her house, Orilur decided to go to the nearest inn for a drink before going to his lodgings.

"Havent heard any. Of course, I dont really look for deep crystal, but I'll let you know if I hear anything. Now , please excuse me, but I must retire. Adventure time tomorrow !"

Meira gives a bow to the rest of the group and goes about her marry way towards her residence. A small, halfling sized room at the Green Cauldron Inn.

The room was preety barren, with a small bed that looked comfortable enough for those apropriate of size, a nightstand besides it holding a (now) lit candle, a chest placed at the foot of the bed and a table with a stool in the opposite corner of the room. Meira took a small iron key that was tied to a rope around her neck and opened the chest. "I should be ready tomorrow, just in case..." she said to herself as she inspected a crossbow that was inside the chest. "Well, I guess no sale day tomorrow ! Instead, a day filled with adventures ! "

She quickly undressed her "business clothes", as she calls her artisan outfit, placed it neatly inside her chest, together with the scroll case she had attached to the belt. She then locked the chest, as a safety precaution, climed in the bed, blown out the candle, closed her eyes and went to sleep.

Nulgor nods and says his farewell. "I'll contact you when my mistress has other business proposals.

Now, ma'am," he says, addressing Lady Modrona. "Anything else you need?"

Madrona is still obviously frazzled. "I wouldn't mind if someone stayed with me and slept in my spare room. Made sure nothing happens tonight. I know its not a good idea, since I just met you all, but I'm just too nervous of another ruffian!"

She leans on her door and tries to act calm, still breathing hard.

Madrona looks at him and notices that everyone else has already left.

"Fine. I may be able to pay you. I have an assortment of crystal weapons and items. Come the morning... you can pick one..." She seems as if the concept of payment irritated her, like it shattered her image of her saviors.

Meira notices that a male halfling has entered the room and is standing at the foot of the bed. He is holding a a small charm in his hand and looks like a deer caught in the carridge lights at being caught.

"Oh gods... please... don't scream... this is just a gift..." He tosses the charm onto the bed and hides behind the chest.
