GLoG XXXIV: It gets worse!

Alexis watches to see what Sunny extracts from the bag, while responding to Czernov. So you still haven't actually brought someone back from the dead yet.

[Kaelaroth]

No - the soul-manipulation equipment is not quite finished, yet. However, the body process works. Well. He says, nodding.

[SeptAngel]

That's really impressive. You must be a genius. I barely got passing grades in school. She giggles softly and sips her tea.

[Kaelaroth]

I... never went to school, per se. But thank you. He says, smiling at her, again. What has been going on, while I have been away?

[SeptAngel]

Um there was someone impersonation Quinn and stabbed Misaki. I think they tracked them down though. She says, hopefully. But I've been in the infirmary taking care of someone, so I've missed some stuff.

[Kaelaroth]

All right. Thank you for telling me - is Misaki all right? Czernov asks.

[SeptAngel]

She nods. Oh yes, she got treatment from the drone right away. She was mostly just shook up. I stayed with her but it didn't seem to calm her much.

[Kaelaroth]

Very well. Thank you. I ought to put my equipment away; it is good to see you, again. The President (!) says, walking away, smiling.

You too. See you around. She smiles back as he walks away.

Vlad is still sitting in front of the fire, as a wolf.

Susan's sitting up in the rose garden now.

Vlad might see Alexis curled up on a couch with a book. She looks cuddily.

Eko's on the ceiling in the great room. She's a lizardperson, with a reptilian anatomy that may prevent correct identification of her gender. She's only wearing a belt and a bandoleer, with a club and some javalins attached to them.

He wakes up, looks around, and heads over to Alexis and Eko.

Alexis doesn't notice Eko yet. She smiles at the wolf and offers a hand for him to sniff. Hi there.

He sniffs it, then nods to her greeting.

[SeptAngel]

She offers a good scratch behind his ears.

Misaki walks out into the Greatroom sleepily, rubbing her eyes.

[Earl of Purple]

Eko is watching the proceedings, unblinking, from her perch. Her hands, feet and her tail were touching the ceiling.

Vlad pulls his head away, and starts growling if she persists. Funny thing, he probably likes it. Silly pride.

She quickly pulls her hand away. Oops sorry. She hasn't noticed Misaki yet.

He sits down next to her chair.

Misaki made for the kitchen, not quite awake at first. Then, Misaki stopped in her tracks, looking slowly over at Alexis and Vlad. "A-alexis?" Vlad looked like a big and mean doggie...

Alexis looks over with a smile. Hey Misaki, how are you? She resists petting the wolf.

Yup, quite large. Oh dear, he's seen this response before. Probably childhood trauma.

[Neon Knight]

"Fine." Misaki's attention was mostly focused on Vlad. "W-whose dog is that?"

[Earl of Purple]

Eko has moved, and is directly above Alexis. If Alexis looks up, she'll get a surprise. Eko still hasn't blinked.

Her focus is on Misaki right now. Not sure. But he seems friendly enough. I just wouldn't pet him. She advises.

Vlad inwardly sighs. He goes behind the lounge chair, out of sight of Alexis and Misaki, but probably not Eko, and he changes.

[Neon Knight]

Misaki looked at Alexis uncertainly, and something caught her eye...

she looked up and saw Eko. Or more accurately, she saw something scaly above Alexis. Misaki let out a little shriek. "A-Alexis, above you!"

Alexis jumps off the couch before looking up. She sighs in relief seeing Eko. It's alright. She waves up with a smile. Nice to see you again.
