Re: Shipping VIII: Yes, Eight. No, really. We are THAT insane.
Actually, I'm planning on it being a post-war tragedy-thing. But my plans always change. And I'm not going to put it up right now. Because it isn't finished yet. I still need to think of a good beginning.
I'm gone for a couple of years!
I'm off doing service in developing countries in South America
(Very little chance of internet access) - I'll try to come back afterwards

DirkyDirk: Actually, you'd be surprised, as that hardly ever happens unless I'm at a convention of some kind.
Like, you know, an anime convention or a Star Wars one.
Which is only once or twice a year and-
I guess I'm not helping my case, am I? =P
Jack: Hells yes.
Lovin' me some armor and helmets.
And I got shipped with one of my BFF's twice in the two days I've been gone xD
Vivivivi- Good first ship. Very cute. As others have sad, a grammatical waste land, but that can always be improved. Good ships, though, take work and you did well.
Helgraf: My intellect is desperately, passionately, painfully in love with you. Don't leave us again, please.
Mango: Eeee~
You're so twisted.
I love it.
Also, we're on page 49.
New title thread suggestions?

How about
Shipping IX: The S.S. Relations sets sail today.
But that's not very clever or imaginative, and it's probably already done in one of the past threads.I'm gone for a couple of years!

Re: Shipping VIII: Yes, Eight. No, really. We are THAT insane.
Rabbit sometimes is forced to listen to awful, awful music on the radio when her preferred stations are on commercials.
'Cause Rabbit hates commercials.
Sometimes this music isn't a complete waste of her time and brain cells.
Do You Remember?
Dirk Kris/Rabbit
SpoilerThe door slammed behind him, and Dirk sighed, shrugging his overcoat off like a dirty, nasty old skin. An old identity.
As his work persona slipped, the man slumped against the door momentarily, closing his eyes and massaging them between his index finger and thumb, before pushing away from it, like a lover rejected, with the intention of scouring his body in the hot heat of a shower.
And then the blinking red l.e.d. caught his eyes, and he stopped, confused. Who would have called him today?
Shrugging, he hit the button half-heartedly, still intent on his shower.
Until he heard her voice.
"Hey, Dirk, its me. I know its been a while, and you've probably moved on, but, you know-Actually, I don't even know. Just, I was walking down the street and I remembered that time..." Rabbit paused, and, from the awkward giggle she gave, he knew exactly which time she was talking about, and he knew her face was flushing the most ridiculous shade of pink.
"Do you remember, Dirk? How it used to be, back before we had to start living these lies? I think, if you want to, we can be like that again. I mean, I-I, jeez, Dirk. I just don't know. There's nothing more I can say. Lets not waste anymore time. Call me back, Dirk. It can be just you and me tonight. Its going to be alright this time, I just know it."
Would it?
Smiling, Dirk picked up the phone and dialed the numbers, still lodged firmly in his mind.
"Hello?"
"Hi, Bitsy."
