It wasn't the first time she had her hair cut so short. She cut it short after ending her goth phase. So, it would make sense that some aspect of her personality, the part that rejects EMO goth, would have that short hair, since it reflects her mood at the time of her life.

I never could figure out where that strange name came from.
Having just struck gold anagramizing "Giro" I tried it again with "Odad." No dice.

In 318 you can Spot Celia in the first frame, behind the curtain.

We learn in 375 that dwarves have two livers (in the note from the dwarven high priest).

484 has a type also - "...he's no match for my two of my ninjas..."

524 has a typo - "...can cause a paladin to stripped of his powers..."

621 has a typo on the top line - "You and you little ranger, too!"

In 653 Tsukiko is carrying a stuffed Xykon doll that she apparently sleeps with.

He ends up dead. Later you see him in line in Heaven and he says something about having a higher save than he thought.

Wow- I never realized that Cleric and the guy waiting in line in Heaven were the same dude (even though, d'oh me- they look EXACTLY THE SAME). So I never got the joke about "Wait, I got a 22." I thought the guy was just grumbling because he thought he had a better spot in the queue than he did. (Like when you get your number called at a butcher's shop.) Which always seemed like kind of a confusing and not particularly funny joke. Oh Rich! How could I have ever doubted you?

All right- well- while reading back through those strops just now, I noticed that in 446, the aerial view of heads- you can make out many different color-coded warriors- including blue for Azure warriors, green for ghouls, and mauve for Vaarsuvius- who's also clearly blasting a lightning bolt.

EDIT: Actually I guess blue heads are paladins, and steel-gray ones are rank and file Guys & Girls With Halberds...

And yes V and roaches, but not normal roaches, Hippie Roaches. Is this a reference to the recent non blasty changes V is going through?

Edit: Actually it is probably because there won't be a V counterpart in Team Evil until Tsuky joins. So there was no one who could take the slot.

It was sooner a hint at the infernal relations V would shortly be entering into, but you can see how there are multiple interpretations. It's satisfying on so many levels!

I was further very impressed at how the characters' actions are mirrored as well. Redcloak and Hinjo are pointing; Redcloak and Hinjo get close-ups in the corner panels...
