Sabriel Castiel can't make the spot check, and since Dormin also has cover to hide behind won't see the square either.

Castiel is a clunker however. No attempt at move silently, Taking 5, -5 full speed -5 -5 modifier... Gallows actually has a chance at an imporved succes even with the walls.

EDIT: wait, I was confusing Sabiel's position with Castiel's...
