Fly, stealth, sneak and they are off.
Black and Kairen are technically in LoS, but black's got a hide K can't beat and K's invisible so they won't spot each other.

At the start the walls and distance provide enough penalty that movement can't be heard.

Kairen did leave a trap stone at M-2, but it should be visible to anyone with LoS to that square.
