Re: Bibliography - Choose Your Own Adventure
I'll admit, I was thinking of making some avatars for this story as well, but I think I'll wait a bit before doing so. Introduce a few more characters first. Hmmm, I guess I will be making a Kim avatar after all. It feels weird not to do the main character first.

Re: Bibliography - Choose Your Own Adventure
At this forums popularity rate, you could draw Kim in the background of BIbliography and it would make at least 50 people giddy. With that in mind, why can't there be interaction between Kim and the main cast, even if she's not planned into the story arcs?

Re: Bibliography - Choose Your Own Adventure
Simply put, the tone of the stories are going to be a little different. Also, I'd prefer not to mix two continuities. Characters might be imported into, er, 'canon', but they'd be different characters that act similarly and look the same.
I already have some ideas, but they're just ideas for now.

Wow, people are ditching Elagune's avatar's for Elagune's avatars, CYOA must be a really popular medium.

Re: Bibliography - Choose Your Own Adventure
Haha, wow. Kim, Roark, and Clay were actually the first three I was planning on doing.
I may or may not be intending to flush out all the OotS-style avatars with avatars of my own design. Nah, I like Order of the Stick too much for that. Hmmm... If Bibliography ever get its own forum somewhere, I guess these will be the default avvies?Last edited by Elagune; 2010-06-21 at 08:24 PM.

Re: Bibliography - Choose Your Own Adventure
Dare I make things worse? Well, might as well.
Call out "Greetings father in law!" <3
No wait. That might cause a commitment. Kimberly likely just likes to flirt to see people flustered and appease her impish sense of humour, and avoids having it go further than that without reason.
I'll vote for Squeal cutely and say "Clay, what are you doing! Your father's here," and giggle

Re: Bibliography - Choose Your Own Adventure
Seems to me you could partly incorporate events already by just doing things like mentioning the school fire and other things that would be noted happening in one story occurring in the other as well. Wouldn't need to have paths intersect to link them. Also could just avoid having control over events that happen if stories collide, though that might have trouble and end up making it easier to just go with your plan to have slightly different characters in the main story, lest this become just Kimberly's off days from the main story and how she occupies herself between important events. But up till stories collide (if ever), no need to keep them completely separated.

Re: Bibliography - Choose Your Own Adventure
Stay where you are and say hi to the man.
Can't think of any way to further torture Clay, so lets go with that one.
Unless, of course, as she said hi she sat up in a manner that would force Clay's face into uncomfortably close proximity to her chest...Last edited by Lycan 01; 2010-06-22 at 12:13 AM.
