City of Darkness WW: Day 4

Point at Cute and Evil, I'm not an assassin so Internet Flea must be right. There's a mess of claims today, some of which must be contradictory (lex-kat can't be infernal and a scryer, unless she is screwing with people), but I'll need to look through everything.

The dagger passes to someone responsible for the death, if I'm correct. And if wolves kill DarkCorax, you'll know how accurate your scries are anyway.

But not how accurate you are or if we killed the king or not, althought it'd be like 80%* chance if they killed Dark and I was right, so I'll stick to this plan I suppose. Would like to see what people's opinion's are before, so I won't point now.

*No, I did not do the math.

Note: The standard for WW games is that the Seer always scries the Fool correctly as the Fool while the Fool always scries the Seer as the Fool. I don't know if that's the case here, though.

Well of course, for my sake I might want to end the day early, but then again, not much is going to change, and when I die it'll be clear I'm just a villager anyway.

I'd like to wait, since it's still noon, and see how this plays out, there's been a lot of posting since I last checked, so I'm interested in what happens...

I wouldn't mind the day ending, although I think the Seer should get on the bandwagon to minimize the chance of a wolf getting the dagger back.

Also, any puzzle fans could help by finding someone who mentioned Duneyrr yesterday outside of a vote. (Besides me, obviously.)

That's what you say, I still find it suspicious that you first openly discuss that you're a fool/seer, and then say you're the fool who scried me (a random person for all you know) as the corrupt king. Though with Ghanz Nmi it didn't quite work out, him saying this, but you really want some people dead don't you?

I openly discussed being the Fool/Seer because I was scried and then not contacted, which I figured the Seer would have done at that point.
I scanned you to find out if there was anything behind the baner baning you night 2.
And with regard to Ghanz, he didn't have an item but he was a wolf.

A villager who had been passed a knife would probably have mentioned/destroyed it by now, not to mention how you think I would know that a specific villager had a knife to begin with.
And yeah, the Cracked Ball is essentially useless now, so if all else fails, you lynch me tomorrow, find out I'm the Escaped Lunatic and move on.

If Flea is a wolf, the only way of knowing is either:
A) I'm the real fool, and so Dark isn't the fallen crown.
B) We lynch him and see what role crops up.

But if Cute is a villager, I doubt she has the dagger.

Anyway, the fool's role is to find the king, as the seer can find the EF, he only doesn't know if he's a normal or the explodey kind.

I am a villager, and I do have a dagger, it was passed to me Night 3, after the Ghanz Nmi lynch. My first WW game and I get nothing exciting, then when I do get passed something (and a dagger too of all things!), I can't even use it besides saying I have it...

Town, I hope it ends up with you guys, the dagger, and I was going to kill DarkCorax Night 4, because of previous suspicion, so whoever gets it, if you could kill DarkCorax and test my theory, many thanks.

I guess this means Dark should be NKed or lynched. If the others think the former would be better (this is my first game so I'm a bit lost here) I'll change my vote.

Even if he was, I wouldn't really be a liberty to say. The poor sap might be night-killed if I reveal him, and I'd rather try to keep everyone alive at this point in the game.

I was not told who gave me the dagger, but I could imagine the reason I got the dagger was because the people whoever gave it to me, be it Assassins or Monarchs, didn't feel it was save with them anymore for whatever reason.

But now that we have roles out on the table (that is, me: villager, InternetFlea: Fool, Gray Mage: Seer, possibly DarkCorax: Fallen Crown.), I'm wondering who the baner is.

If a wolf passed it. What if InaVegt or Bill were the king? That would mean that the king is already dead and someone in their bandwagon passed it to someone outside so that they wouldn't be lynched by the infernals so that they wouldn't get the dagger back. It is a long shot, but it's plausible.

The idea being that no wolf would pass a dagger to a villager (if they're giving away their nighkill they may as well just out themselves and get it over with), and unless a wolf passed the dagger there would be no way for me to know which villager had it (unless I passed it as a villager, in which case I wouldn't be trying to lynch her). Thus, the only believable explanation is that I'm the Fool and scried the Corrupt King.

Says you, but a very believable explanation for me is that someone who had a dagger passed it to me and now (using plain dumb luck) I'm getting lynched being suspected as the corrupt king. This is believable because it's true.

Day 4 Ends!

It was a long day, and someone claimed at sunrise that they had found the source of the chaos of the Monarchy's kills. Cute and Evil was captured, with little struggle, and though she went to the gallows without a fight, she didn't go without a complaint.

She was hung nonetheless, and it appeared that she was speaking the truth, of her being a villager... but one man wasn't so sure.

"I know that she's the one we need to deal with..." he said. "I know she's actually the Corrupt King..."

Unseen to many eyes, a dagger used for killing falls to the ground beneath the new body swaying in the wind...

Cute and Evil was lynched. She was a Villager.
She had an Assassin's Dagger! It has been passed to a random lyncher.
