See, trying to get people to pay attention to a new apocalypse is like trying to get viewers for a new cop show on tv. Maybe your cop show is the greatest thing ever, but most viewers will never know because they're sick of cop shows and don't bother watching. And this goes for characters as well as players. It's pretty hard to convince someone that the world is in peril when it has gone on existing the last twelve times peril threatened.

...incidentally, would any players be interested in a plawt run in Creation?

Sounds neat, if only because of the "what the hell is going on here?" my characters would experience but I don't think any of them would be able to make a difference in Creation.

The fliers? Don't seem too apocalyptic to me. And I'm not sure what the Party is, but I'll look for it.


Plot in Creation sounds fun. Maybe that piece of me that's trying to get the rest of me to make an Exalted character will shut up.

If my guesses are correct, any mortal in creation who tries to do anything beyond staying out of the Exalts' sight and being glad to be alive - basically, whp tries to do stuff PCs go in any game - gets put down hard.
And I meant more the way the world works. Like magic being everywhere, gods being real and such.

The fliers aren't the apocalypse, it's what they're for. (Yes, I'm advertising an apocalypse, why not?) Also, plot in creation sounds rockin.

Actually I meant is was normal other than raining fliers and having limited sentience, meaning it's unlikely to burn.

EDIT: It also isn't raining fliers, they are just appearing below the cloud. It would be silly if a cloud rained fliers.

Just a note here: I suppose the cloud is a super dense cloud as well?

Just wondering as we normally get fog when a cloud decides to be all lazy and hang around the ground like that. Fire burns pretty well still in those cases, actually, as there is not enough water present to take away it's oxygen or lower the temperature of the fuel enough to stop the reaction..

Of course, if a cloud can 'rain' paper, then it can probably do whatever the heck it wants in that case.
