If Mary's soul was owned by a demon/devil of some sort, she would probably have a hard time avoiding being rezzed, although it would be possible with enough willpower. Otherwise, it would be up to her, although Bob doesn't get his soul back if she decides not to be rezzed.

These thoughts gavre me some crazzy thoughts, but I think Vampires aren't all undead cause some may created by drain blood which not killed them.

That doesn't mean they don't die, they just don't notice as they immediately become vampires instead of a rotting corpse.

Some might be alive but most vampirification doesn't work well with that 'life' thing
