Well okay, I've got two possibilities I can think of. But they're both long shots.

Leta, for a few reasons. He's been really quiet all game (that last was his fourth post of the game), and in his voting thus far he's suspected Sotek because Sotek kept a vote tally going in his posts and CitizenFry because of his "let's not talk about that" post. Also, he's been asked before to speak more and hasn't yet. So, let's put some pressure on him.

Leta is on my short list of suspects as well based on voting patterns. I am watching a few others, but I won't name them yet.

I have another target I'd like to pressure, but Murska is our new ringleader. I'm pretty happy about this, because I was really conflicted on if Murska was scum or not, slightly favoring scum. The fact that he was targeted also goes against my predictions... I'm quite happy to be wrong on both counts.

And a corner for me, please... at least it wasn't as bad as my collapse last game... a person can only stand so much pressure, but it seems this was unpressured...

A little about Murska, however: he is well known on the forums, and is one of those guys that you either want on your side, or you want dead ASAP. He's THAT good at these games... He knows how to play people, and can make a big difference in a desperate situation.

And because he was targeted for a NK, and survived, I think it may be safe to trust Murska for now, until we get more information...

And until I get a vote count, I'll hold onto my vote. Horoar is a very likely target at this stage, though. Loosing yourself late in the game, with good reasons (ex: needing the scries like I did last game, and not being able to see them), may be reasonable. Loosing yourself EARLY in the game? Something going on... whether it is behind the scenes, or out in the open.

Ok, I'll try to explain this once, but then I'm shutting up about the whole situation (and when even I know not to talk about it, you don't talk about it). There are things that can be deduced by actions in the game, if you pay attention, but sometimes people just miss things; like Horoar, he missed page 18 of the thread.

Now, for those things the town can figure out but don't want the scum to know, the best thing you can do is not say anything and hope they missed it. And it's not just the coven, it's the WW as well. So if it's a case where you can be pretty sure someone's town, it's better not to speculate in thread what their role is or how things may have happened in the night, because we might say something the witches just haven't figured out yet, revealed a blind spot in their logic. We might even give away roles.

I've said some stuff in previous days that might not have been the smartest things to talk about, but learn from my mistakes. Hope the scum are stupid and don't point things out to them, but know in your heart they're smarter than you and you'll need all your wits to beat them and you're headed in the right direction. And thank whomever that Murska's apparently not coven, and leave it at that.

First off, this post makes me want to lynch you.

More importantly, Mordokai flat out gave up in Witchhunt 1, and he was the Priest. The obvious is different than the truth.

Lastly, I'm not entirely discounting the coven doing something crazy and targeting themselves. Qwaz definitely gave off a BOD vibe at the end, and maybe the witches like to gamble.

Ok, this is just a rules question from me. Can the witches NK themselves? I know they can sacrifice, but it seems to vary game-to-game as to whether scum can use night attacks on themselves or not. Gray Mage, what's the rule in this game?

I'm pretty sure they can, and even if they can't they can accidentally target the Junior Witch.

They can only target a witch if that witch votes for themself.

I wouldnt say its healthy for villagers to get riled up and blindly follow one ringleader or the next.

I say its best to follow your own analysis and then vote for it, and if you want poeple to jump on your bandwagon, convince them to. Vice versa if you are joining a bandwagon, make sure you are convinced one way or another.

For all we know, IF may be right about the coven thing.

For now I agree with trying to pressure people to reveal some info though, hopefully we pressure scum into revealing themselves, but lets not jump at every small spark (or we'd end up killing anyone we pressure).
