Oh yeah, because Jigsaw totally wasn't a sadistic bastard

If anything, comparing it to Saw would mean that our party would need to make great(and painful) personal sacrificies, but in the end they would survive and win the prize. Jigsaw(the original one, lets leave Amanda and... was it Matt(?) out of this) was fair... in his own demented way.

That was sort of my point, anyway. They have to kill the other team to continue. The Saw movies are one example of that, yeah.

Could be that there is a switch of some kind on the opponent's spiked wall that opens the opponent’s door once activated.

I could see that -- you have to push the holed wall as far as you can, completely squishing your opponents, and then you can reach the switch...

...Wait, but then you could just push the wall past their door, press the switch on your side and leave.

no what i mean is th switch is ON the spikey wall, somewere between the spikes, and it can only be activaited by the hole-wall.

and quite possibly both doors would open into the same room.

Right, that's what I was thinking. I just don't see why it could only be activated by the hole-wall, unless maybe there's several pressure switches that all have to be pressed at the same time.

That makes sense. But only if the hole-wall is not movable.

Oh it's really very simple. The walls start moving in gradually, as per standard convention. The trick here though is that there are two switches, one on each side of the wall. Push them both at the same time, the door opens, both teams advance. Push only one, and that side's spikes SLAM shut, dooming both teams. Visibility is very limited and both switches are placed so that the other side has no way of seeing them. All both parties need to do to survive and pass the room is trust the other one enough to rely on verbal cues and be on the switch at the same time, all the while fully knowing:

1: that the guys on the other side hate you
2: that the guys on the other side have an incentive to eliminate you
3: that they just might be shortsighted enough to let you die anyway
4: and even if they aren't, they might let you die and hope to find another way out of the trap

Oh and for some added diabolic glee, the switches require a strength check that only the Minmaxes can pass.

I mean even Minmax realizes that Barmax is stupid so....barbarian methinks.

also the purple tattoos spells "MM"- Minmax.

They might have survived, there were just no circumstances that lead them to this adventure with Minmax and Forgath. Would YOU want to hang around with those idiots?

I think MFK's session is minmax-forgath-kin exclusive, requiring at least one of those three to be present for them to enter that specific maze of the many. any instance the Drow enter would show 217 different Drow parties.

Has anyone else noticed not all the comics are in the archives? It seems to be that every other comic shows up in the archives. Which is a problem since I started reading less than a month ago.

Those are plot arcs. If you're trying to find each page by the archives you're doomed to fail.

Instead, use the next button. They're all there.

    Ah, okay, got it.

That very well could be so. In that case, the goblin we saw earlier actually is Forgath. He simply was born as a goblin in that world rather than as a dwarf.

no i think that's still one-eye. but Kin and Minmax are still there so they get transprted to the MFK Maze.

If it was big ears, Kin, and One-eye, then it would probably take them to the BEKOE maze or something. IDK

There was a Forgath in that world. He just died, hence the 'This is a Helmet' hanging around Minmax's neck.

On the old fraction of infinity topic: the phrase, "fraction of infinity," means infinity/x, right? So therefore any value of x, or any fraction of infinity is still infinite. Arguable for 0, since dividing by 0 is undefined, but it could technically be anything. I like to think anything over 0 is infinity, but hey.
