I thought the presence of the spoiler itself was a sufficient hint that there was a new strip. Why else does anyone spoiler their posts?

I was personally expecting some sort of image that had to be spoiler'd due to the size.

Granted, maybe spoiler boxes are used mainly for actual spoilers in the Goblins and OotS forums, but in the Steam Thread and particularly the My Little Pony thread, 90% of spoiler boxes are silly pictures.

Just noticed the parallels between the two parties, especially with Kin's thinking process. If Gothmax hadn't interrupted Gothkin, they might've had enough time to make it out.

It turns out that berating your teammates in a life-or-death situation isn't a winning recipe for success.

But yeah, I could see these folks weren't really conducive to a good team. They're just not good people. I bet they've been in here, or will be in here, much longer than our guys.

They are probably good people in their own rights (Exept maybe gothmax) They just don't work well as a team.

I mean really Goth forgath just want's to be his own boss and not have anyone tell him what to do, and GothKin just likes wearing push-up bra's.

    Well...

It broke it at the base. Kin and Forgath may have taken three or four seconds to die. Minmax? Not so lucky. Best-case scenario, the horrible pain put him into shock so he could bleed to death in peace. If not, he's stuck in horrible pain until either someone reaches the end, or he finally bleeds enough that he can't stay conscious.

Of course, none of this is true, because in Goblins, they simply both hit -10 hp from positive in a single instant. It's gruesome, but pain isn't something I'd be concerned with.

He did get bisected. Out of a possible list of ways I would like to die, that doesn't rank near the No. 1 spot.

At least with the spiked walls you could position yourself so your heart or brain get pierced first.

I think there's a point where you have to accept the inevitable. Like when there's only a few inches between you and the slowly-advancing spiked wall.

At least if they have any presence of mind, they'd be able to tell themselves "This will only last a few seconds, then I'll wake up again without having remembered any of it". Takes the bite out of the psychological horror, one would hope.

We'll it's still DEATH man. For all we know you really do legitimately die each time, and your soul goes to an afterlife like normal, and then a "copy" soul goes to the maze at the restart and that’s why you cant remember anything.

What would suck is if your soul joined up with all the other copies that came before you, meaning you remember every. single. death.

I think a quote from Bride of Chucky is appropriate here:

Chucky: Go ahead and shoot! I'll be back! I ALWAYS come back!!!

    ...

(sighs) But dying is such a bitch!

So how much XP would you get for escaping a trap like that?
