Naturally, Costora was quick on the ball and saw a rare opportunity to have a bunch of Exalts run around after his every whim. I wonder what type of challenge he might issue; I'd personally love to see a kung fu tournament kind of thing, but that's not quite Costora's style, I fear.

Really, though, volleyball seems like a very real possibility. I can also imagine surfing, swimming and diving contests (although Fury and possibly Marena will have obvious advantages with anyhting water-related) and possibly that smash-the-watermelon thing they always do in anime whenever they go to the beach. All this seems believable for Costora, since it'd be great fun for him and his court to watch the best of athletes compete.

As for wet t-shirts... as entertaining as he'd probably consider it, it's not actually a contest so much as a way of spicing up the atmosphere a bit. Besides, the one with the highest Appearance score would win none the less and given that we have a social Lunar with us, the outcome will shock nobody. At most it'd be a way of peeking at his superior's (the Exalts') goods scott-free and really, doesn't he seem just a few rungs above that kind of pettiness? I mean, all those spirits that run around in close to every frame, he's obviously not starved for that kind of attention here.

This brings me to wonder if he'll also use his position to make them suck up to him in general. "On your knees, ten pushups! You want the Key, right?" On the one hand, he seems too laid back and confident for that, on the other hand... we've really only seen him for 3 pages yet. The >:D doesn't reassure me on that front.

It depends on what he wants, really. Costora might figure that the Key will be safe either way, and use the contest for sheer kicks. He might decide to stick it to the Sidereals and design a very Misho-friendly competition, or if the Sids can find a way to lean on him without breaking the rules, things might go the other way around. In distant fourth comes the possibility that he might decide to actually fulfill the letter and spirit of his obligations, creating a contest that measures the entrants' strength and ability to defend the Key.

On a different note, who is the girl in the second panel? She seems to have scales on her on her shoulders, so she's probably a spirit, but her colour scheme is dull and pale like Secrets rather than rich and deep like the others'.

Misho's a twilight, with a focus in both craft and medicine. Thus, he almost certainly has craft water, and a craft excellency, plus other assorted charms.

Harkening all the way back to the original owner of the key, my guess is that Streams will get it, since he's the water aspect. Misho is practically the same and the Sidereal with the key looks similar.

The alcohol is made from fermented dead gods of barley, the surfing is on the back of a greater elemental dragon of water, the wet shirt contest is done with the, *ahem*, "blessings" of a goddess of beauty, and the volleyball is a globe of pure essence that will explode on contact with the ground.

I wasn't necessarily thinking that she's a reincarnation, but that Fate might have a hand in bringing it back to a similar user. If that is how Fate works. Still a bit new to Exalted. IF my theory is true, I have absolutely no idea what to do with the tiger-aspect Lunar.

The tiger Lunar still has the Moonsilver Key. Celestial Exalted, Lunars especially, can live a very long time sans violent deaths. Of course given some of the implications regarding him even violent deaths might not be enough to make him stop kicking.
