Krig spends a moment thinking, absorbing this information. "This sounds like a good plan. It should work well."

The talking troll tells of your plan to his clan and all agree.

They all go and return from their tribe with many bright torches with their leader - he uses a bow. the talking troll also suggest you to make use of their poison
"Our saliva is poisonous. we spit on spears to deliver poison. we spit in your wepons too?"

with the plan set, you take your move straight to the troll nest. in about 1 hour the forest trolls slow down and the Talking one warn you "We are close now. you ready?"

I imagine that Krig would rather be near the front so that he can protect the clutch and charge those who would do them harm.

The party sets up the attack.

More ahead, Janir can clearly see two trolls sitting on the ground whit their backs on large stones. He's not sure they are asleep or something like that. The rest of the giant trolls should be some feet to the east, between some large stones they make as home

The rest of the party is still a bit further back, quite certainly out of earshot of those trolls.

You could try to aproach more at half speed (trolls make spot/listen against a given DC per round. if they succed they may sound alarm or something) or forget this stealth nonsense (run out of the trees and cover as much ground as possible in the surprise round)

The large group walks between the trees quite skill fully, but are finally noticed by the trolls when they get pretty close.

Still, the brutes are taken by surprise and mostly eveyone gets to act before them (All but Mirar may post their actions for the round)
