See, now the attention seeking bits feel better. ;)

The devil one needed a little work in my opinion, though I was happy with the near-match of the cream makeup to the mask portion. In retrospect, the fact that my actual hair and the wig hair both were on bold display didn't help much. Heh.

On the upshot, aside from the robe and the plaid tunic and armguards, the rest of those costumes were all makeup, accessories and props bought at a local CVS; so they were inexpensive to assemble. The robe could be simulated easily enough; the tunic was pretty durn cheap - the armguards, on the other hand, yeah, not cheap.

But the majority of the costume bits? Less than $20 in total.

EDIT: Also, I just fixed one of the pictures - for some reason it was posting the thumbnail view.

Last time I have cut it very short was in 2006.
But I have cut 5 cm in 2009 and another 5 in 2010

I dunno, it was freaking me out last night, and I was feeling decidedly queasy while looking at it. And I normally have a very stable stomach, so I don't think it was just me feeling sick.

Dude; that is awesome. My friend's grandmother is a costumer, and she apprenticed with her for a summer, so she technically has qualifications and stuff, but I have never seen her do makeup like that (although I have seen her do some amazing makeup). And it was cheap! Holy crap!
