The Maids of Twilight (IC)

"Oh ok..." Emily says relived.

" Do you ever miss home Anastasia?" She asks curiously.

[Lycan 01]

"Not really," Anastasia shrugs. "My parents weren't fond of my interests. They shipped me off here in hopes it would "fix" me. No man would want to marry a girl with such weird hobbies, they said. That's all they really care about, really. Me finding a husband. I'm here for Bridle Training, you know. Not that its working..." she smirks. "I can now study and practice my arts to my heart's content. When not on duty of course," she smiles at the Master. "Yes, I am much happier here. I'm not looking forward to going home. Though, since I'm not making much "progress" it seems I don't need to worry about that for quite some time. Hah hah..." she laughs softly.

[Talkkno]

"Do you want to get married someday?" Emily asks shyly.

[Lycan 01]

Anastasia shrugs. "Perhaps. It isn't a priority for me. I am not lonely, nor do I wish to have a child. At least not at this point. So right now there simply isn't much to motivate me to seek a husband or wife," she states factually.

[Talkkno]

"Have you ever loved anyone though?" Emily replies while drinking some lemonade.

[Lycan 01]

"I have not," Anastasia remarks factually. "Familial love for my parents aside. I have no harbored feelings of the romantic sort for anyone. It doesn't bother me, though. I am content as I am, and I do not yearn for the "soul mate" so many others seek."

[Talkkno]

"I thought you said you don't like your parents?"

[Lycan 01]

"I never said I didn't like them, only that I didn't miss them," Anastasia replies. "They're still my parents. I'm naturally going to feel some love for them, even if we don't get along at all times. No, I like them just fine. We just don't..." she laces her fingers together thoughtfully, "Connect, at times."

[Talkkno]

"Oh...What are you going to do then when your parents come check on you then?" Emily replies thoughtfully, as she finishes her lunch.

[Lycan 01]

Anastasia's face goes blank for a moment. "Hm..." she muses. "I am not certain. I'll either prance about like a "perfect wife" or something, just to pacify them. Or I may summon a bunch of winged monkeys and watch the hilarity that ensues. I don't know. Depends on my mood that day, I suppose..." she smirks.

[Talkkno]

"I think your very pretty and proper, Anastasia." Emily compliments, hoping she wouldn't resort to the ladder if the situation should ever arise.

[Deme]

"But with parents that would send you to work away from home like that, I think the odds of being 'pretty and proper' enough are.... Pretty slim, no matter what you do."

The prince mused in-between bites of his fish. Perhaps he was still thinking about his earlier discussion with Emily, or something.


"Sometimes people are like that; they ask for the truth and they never believe it, too. Still, I think you'd certainly be good enough to be a bride of mine, Anastasia."

Then he realized what he just said and blushed, waving his hands back and forth in an X motion in front of him. In a panicked voice, he added,

"W-wait! That's not how I -- That wasn't a --"

Her sudden body change causes her to just flee. she runs upstairs, forgetting all about placing the picture in it's rightful place. Chloé heads for the laundry room in an attempt to find a more fitting uniform.

"I think your very pretty and proper, Anastasia." Emily compliments, hoping she wouldn't resort to the ladder if the situation should ever arise.

Anastasia giggles. "Why thank you, Emily. You are quite pretty as well. Somewhat of a random compliment though. I wonder what your motivations are..." she smiles playfully. "If you're trying to avoid flying monkeys, you have nothing to worry about. If you're trying to get into my skirt... you'll have to try a bit harder..." she croons in a sultry manner. She then smirks, to show she's joking.

Shocked the master would say something like that, Emily tries to divulge from the topic remarking.

"Here have some of my ice cream master" Emily exclaims, shoving into the masters hand.

[Deme]

"Is everyone trying to seduce me today?" Anastasia idly asks.

"NO! NonoNonono! I was speaking -- you know -- theoretically!"

He kept waving his hands, faster and faster and redder and redder...

Until icecream was thrust into his hand.

"Thank you. This will formally remove the taste of my foot from my mouth."

He ate it and smiled.

"Oh, this is very nice. My compliments."

Chloe

Chloe finds a spare blouse and, as a bonus, some spare underwear, that would seem to fit her current sizes.

[Hemnon]

Chloé quickly changes into the better fitting undergarments and the spare blouse. she then heads outside to the area that they where supposed to eat lunch, but just before reaching the door outside a thought hits her. what about my sudden physical change? maybe i should wait for the others here.

Chloé decides that waiting for them to come would be a good idea, so she thinks about doing something else until they return.

((Cunning to think of a chore that needs to be done, while waiting for the others: (1d6x3)[3]. Crap, if the banana peel is still there, i slip in it, again...))

"Thank you master." Emily replies, calming down a bit, smiling brightly.

[Deme]

Chloe slips on the peel and comes skidding out into the garden, crashing into a rosebush, complete with an emberassing panty shot.

"Was that...Chloe?"

He said, looking confused. And blushy. His brain was probably about to overheat, and he covered his eyes.

Lying there with her undergarments in full exposure, Chloé quickly tries to scramble back at her feet.

''Oh, um... hello master.'' She responds with blushing cheeks.

[Lycan 01]

Anastasia smiles at the Master. "I was jesting, Master. I know you did not mean to imply the prospect of marriage. But thank you for the compliment, no less."

And then Chloe appears, her arrival heralded by the gruesome death of a rosebush and an excellent shot up her skirt. Anastasia enjoys the view for a few seconds before rising to her feet and walking over towards the fallen maid. "Are you alright, Chloe?" she asks, tilting her head slightly to the side. "Did you get scratched?" she inquires, since roses tended to be quite thorny.

"Chole...what happened to you?!" Emily asks with a mix of concern and curiosity.

[Deme]

"...Is she alright?"

Michael carefully opened an eye to understand the situation. Then, if it were possible for him to blush harder, he would have. He would have blushed so hard.

"...Those...Weren't like that this morning..."

He looked down again. He pulled out a small sketchbook from his pocket, where he had charcoal sketch forms of some of his paintings, including some of Chloe. A quick comparison.

"...Not at all..."

''um... what's wrong, why are you staring at my.... oh... um, i kinda stumbled upon mistress Claire's secret room. and i kinda tried to touch her bed, and then puff, i got changed... and got these'' Chloé replies and lifts her breasts slightly, with her hands, to measure their new mass a weight.

[Lycan 01]

"I would say you got off easy. Witches typically do not take kinda to strangers attempting to do anything to their bed, especially if they are slumbering in it at the time," Anastasia aloofly observes. "Many girls would kill to be "cursed" like that," she states, gesturing at Chloe's chest and hips with a smirk. "Which is a testament to your luck, as it is more likely that most girls would have been killed rather than be cursed like that."

[Deme]

"Wait -- that woman who greeted me on the first day is a witch?"

How much the master had known about Claire hadn't been entirely clear: they'd never been seen in a room together, nor had he ever spoken of her, or her of him. Apparently...They had seen each other, and he knew her name, but that was about it. He looked very surprised, enough to distract him from recent...developements.

[Lycan 01]

"It would appear to be so. Care to borrow my book, Master?" Anastasia smirks, referring to the Malleus Mallorum. It was ironic humor, of course, since she'd just gotten done trashing the book.

[Deme]

"Why would I? She made it clear when we spoke that we're just going to keep out of each-other's way... I'm afraid I really don't know much about her."

He admitted, with a bit of a sigh. He munched on his fish.

Anastasia begins to gather up the picnic supplies since everyone is almost done eating. As she picks up some silverware, she observes: "I know very little about her, myself. Perhaps you should endeavor to learn more about her, Master? I seems like it would be wise to have an understanding of those you associate yourself with. It helps to avoid unpleasant surprises, and aids in the building of relations. Is not one of the keys to being a good ruler-" she laces her fingers together in thoughtful gesture, "Communication?"
