After Heartflight helped out with Mrs. Frankenwaffle, she lay down to rest and watch the others talk. It may have seemed as though she was asleep, but her mind was far from calm. She saw the Frankenwaffle couple, she saw Foxflove and Snickerdoodle, and she kept missing Whitefire. She knew that she'd had to go home to settle things with her clan and she wished she could have gone with her. But it was far away, in the sky, a place she could never reach. She just hoped she would return soon.
