D&D Demotivators Episode V: The Demotivator Strikes Back

It's from Code Geass. The only limitation is that you can only affect a given person once, ever. The task you give them can be as complex or long term as you like - you can plant a trigger, and have them act normally until the trigger is received, you can give an open ended task and they'll never stop doing it, etc - but you can only give them a command once.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with what anime the pic is from, but there are spells like that in the game. programmed amnesia and mindrape spring to mind, as does the mindbender's "eternal charm" and "thrall" abilities.

To give a few more details than Heliomance, the main character has the ability (acquired at the end of the first episode) to give people irresistible commands. He can only use it once on any given person, it requires direct eye contact, it has a range limit of something like 200 meters, and it's a single command rather than ongoing control (though "serve me forever" is a valid command). Those are pretty much the only limits on it, and no one ever resisted it for more than a few seconds before obeying; even that much resistance only happened twice, and both times it was someone with extraordinary willpower who'd been commanded to do something utterly abhorrent to him/her.

Well, I'm no spell-jockey, truth be told, so I just went with the first thing to come to my head. Only character I've ever used that had any spells was a Zen Archer/Inquisitor in a recent Pathfinder game. We called him the Holy Sniper.

If the motivators in their posts stretch your screen, any poster not made with Automotivator will do that, unless it is because they quoted posters. In either case, Jade Dragon's last pic should stretch it more.

For the record, they don't stretch my screen, a 17-incher.

It might depend on whether your web browser's taking up all of your screen or if you're splitting it between this and a pdf or other application. most of the posters don't stretch my 13.3 laptop, so it's probably that.

In another thread, someone mentioned that it's eligible for Improved Familiar as of BoED.

Alternatively, make it a bard cohort with maxed out knowledge skills and perform (oratory), so that you get bonuses when it recites facts about the monster.
