It depends on the emphasis. If its a yelled out seig hyphen, then you jump on top of a ball with your arms and legs straight up and down against your body.

That salute would be left arm extended with the fingers flexed with the exception of the thumb, which would be down, and shouting "Jail, Granmer".

This reflects exactly my opinion, as it couldn't be any different:

Actually V20 is more of a proof that better, more compact lay-out can get people to buy stuff. I've experienced having to look through 4-5 books to find a particular discipline/ritual/whatever enough times that having just half of that in one book is worth it...

Considering how the ceiling isn't rubble, even a ramp would require very specific speed and angle to make that work.

It looks to me like the sports car was zooming along, lost control, and went into a diagonal skid. It entered into the picture from the right (through some kind of brick wall maybe?), ended up diving for cover under the truck, and because of it's low clearance and ramp-like front rammed it up into the ceiling. Perhaps the truck was rasied on a jack?

It explains the bumper and side damage on the truck, why the truck is at an angle, and why the rear of the sports car isn't very damaged.

Let's just say that trafic fatalities spike at saturday night on state roads.

I've never before seen a mercedes cleanly split in half (sideways) by a tree. I want mythbusters to recreate that one.

You know, I think you may be right, very astute. I would also wager the sports car didn't try to stop, no tire skids. I did wonder how the back could be so undamaged.
