That would be doing something. Way too much work for him, he can't even personally discipline his own mooks. He has to get help from the comic's most interesting and competent villain: that guy who is evil and kills people.

Just as Dominic's artificial leg never really gives him a problem except when he needs an excuse, so is TIM's blindness never really a thing except for when he wants to cry about it. You'd think it would be? Blindness kind of changing your outlook on things? But I guess magic is just magic and who needs regular eyes when you can have magic eyes mirite.

Im willing to let rillian slide on his super scry. Why? Because his girlfriend was the oracle. You tend to pick up a few things from your significant other after you are together long enough. Plus, yeah, thousand years of magical practice.
