I'd REALLY like a modern game, set in our world, but with exalted cosmology. Rather than a new cosmology of creation with technology.

The problem with an Earth-Exalted game would be that things would get political really quickly unless we went with a version of Earth where everyone could agree things were fairly black and white morality-wise.

...Meaning you'd set Earth-Exalted in World War II, probably. And I am strangely okay with that.

Also, as a huge Nocturnal fan, I had one very nice thought running through my head while reading (any) of the Shards.

An easy way to at least tone down the politics in an earth exalted game would be to also cross-over one of the threats thus giving everyone a foe to unite against.

Actually, she's a Westerner by birth, so it should be BRONZED skin, not dark. So, yeah, I'm happy with that skin coloration. The error be in my initial description of her, not the tektek.

Go to tektek.org, then Gaia Dream Avatar. Truth be told, what it's best for is showing people the sort of 'look' you want when requesting drawings.

I am disappointed by Brazen Hell-Chariot Carapace. It does not seem to create decorative pistons or exhaust pipes that serve no purpose other than to make purely extraneous noise and pollution.

My solution: set it in the somewhat distant future. There'd be many signs of the Earth everyone knows, but it would also be very different. You should be able to find in on the Hombrewed World boards somewhere.

I'm fairly sure that you and Raziere are both right on this one. Upon learning cosmic principle, you would get all of the memories and such of Theion, but you would also be a seperate Theion. If someone killed one of you, the other would still be alive.

I know it's not in the actual text, but I believe it was a question raised on the WW board. You can have a Dragon That Was fight an Ebon Dragon, but you can't have an Ebon Dragon fight an Ebon Dragon.

Edit: Two things. 1, a repost of this, just in case anyone has an idea:

RoGD says that a Mercury Ant's bite has no effect on the magical materials. But can it turn normal metals into the magical materials?

And 2. I gather that the Unconquered Sun attends the Carnival of Meeting each year. Glories: UC says that he studiously avoids knowing about Creation's suffering, lest his perfect Compassion force him to act.

Could a mortal/Exalt attendee of the Carnival throw proof in his face of how ****ed Creation is and get him involved again, or would he just suppress his Compassion, put his fingers in his ears & start lalala-ing as he skulks back to the Jade Pleasure Dome, while the person responsible is ejected/arrested?

But from a personnal perspective, I'd say if it can't affect it, it can't manipulate it, and thus, it can't create it.

He loses certain benefits of some of his Charms for a scene when he suppresses his virtues. The big one is losing his invulnerability when he suppresses Temperance, but Compassion loses him some stuff too.

So there's this sidebar in the Theion chapter of Gunstar Autochtonia that mentions two charms, A Prince for the Queen, and Twin Hearts as One. Those are probably linked to the Empireal Chaos's twin fetich thingy and how Ligier was created.

As a matter of fact, though, we do not have any information on these mysterious charms yet, and investigation continues... Over at the White Wolf forums, a poster going by the name Adarael has discovered capital evidence about them.

There are certain aspects I've added to the game that remain constant throughout every campaign I run. One of them is that Freddie Mercury Malfeas is the Messenger Soul of Ipithymia, the Street of Golden Lanterns.
