Spoiler: My Glowing Reviews
Laura is a really good GM. She doesn't take ****.Good campaign. I do remain my favorite GM, of course, but second-best is pretty good!Just write Game of Thrones already.I hate that Laura's built out this world enough that we can walk into a church full of nudists and my first thought is, "Oh, it's these guys..."This is probably the most enjoyable campaign I've ever played in. It's really stressful, but enjoyable!

Now I owe about 253 pages worth of back taxes. I guess I'll try to start paying them off now.

Re: D&D Demotivators Episode VI: Return of the JPEG
Slow Sunday for you? Looking for something to do?
Support your community and help uploading!
So far, Doorhandle did some assistance, but the rest of the work is still done only by me. And the sooner I get all the images from the threads up, I can start with uploading and sharing those from other sources as well. Many of which you probably havn't seen yet. So get yourself an account and start coppypasting! We are not standing on the shoulders of giants, but on very tall tower of other dwarves.

Re: D&D Demotivators Episode VI: Return of the JPEG
No, that's really not important. The way the site-owner interface works, I will imediately notice if sumbissions are comming in while I am uploading as there will be a very bright red icon on the blue interface, and then I can just skip a few pages ahead with only two or three double uploads at the most, that's not a problem.
If two of you are uploading the same images at the same time, that's another thing, because you wouldn't notice them piling up in my inbox before they are published.
However, there seems to be a problem that the uploader on the site does not allow you to switch to "upload from URL" mode, so you would have to first save the files on your hard drive and then upload them from there. Which easily tripples the amount of work it takes to get an image up.
If anyone has an idea why that is and what can be done about it, please tell me. Or maybe there's a problem with my browser only and it worlks for other people, I don't know.Last edited by Yora; 2012-04-29 at 10:26 AM.

Re: D&D Demotivators Episode VI: Return of the JPEG
Either Windows 7 or Chrome or both seems to be smart enough that if you put an image URL into the upload prompt, even if it's asking you for a file on your hard drive, it'll accept it and upload from (I assume) the cached version already on your hard drive.
No idea how browser/OS-specific that behavior is, though.

No, at WinXP with Firefox it immediately opens the select file window and doesn't do anything on a right click.

Re: D&D Demotivators Episode VI: Return of the JPEG
So, update on the tumblr page:
I created site that has just the same layout and the same address which can used by multiple users. Unfortunately converting the old one wasn't possible, but with the way tumble is structured getting everything on the new site is very easy. However because of daily limits, only the first three batches are already up, the other two and the new one will follow tomorrow.
Since the url is the same, likes and reblogs are tied to the post and not the site, and images independet of an account, almost nothing did change for other users. The only exception are subscribers, who probably have to subscribe again. But everything you did with the old site should still be working as it did before.
On the bright side, contributing is now significantly easier. All you need is to have a tumblr account and to give me the email-address with which you registered, so I can send you an invitation to the user-group. Then uploading works just like on your own page and if someone wants to commit to a more active role, I can also grant rights to edit posts, add tags, and publishing images submitted by outsiders. We are not standing on the shoulders of giants, but on very tall tower of other dwarves.

Re: D&D Demotivators Episode VI: Return of the JPEG
I bet one of them is an Ur-Chord, one is a Warchanter/Seeker of the Song with DFI and Pyroclastic Dragon Heritage, one is a Snowflake Wardance Bardblade or Bardsader and one is a straight Bard with Bardic Knack and geared for skills. The Ur-Chord, Bardblade/Bardsader and straight Bard fill in with DFI of acid, cold and electricity.
You figure out which one is which.Homebrewer's Signature | Avatar by Strawberries

SpoilerSo, I'm DM'ing a game of "Ponyfinder" for some bronies on Tumblr. This happened in the third session, when they were failing diplomacy with the Alpha (King) in Canida, the land of the dogs.

But Courage is immune to the effects of fear. He still feels fear, but he just doesn't get any real penalties from it. Then again, I suppose he could be living in Ravenloft...
