I tried doing an all-night with AoM. We ended up going out to make several kilos of poutine (2 kilos of fries, half a kilo of cheese, and 2 packets of poutine gravy), and played about 1, and then switched to watching wrestling.

While scarred for life is an embellishment, watching it at the cinemas at unspeakable volumes is scarring.

Back when I played AoE 2, I didn't know how to play, so I would only ever play with the near-infinite resources mode on, then create armies of longbowmen and trebuchets and destroy AI's.

Eye twitching is due to lack of sleep, the whispering is missing a "with", which is just the way I invite people to lunch.

Cinema, cousin who was one year younger than me took me, we went with her father. It wasn't traumatizing, though I'll admit I was scared of VHS for a while.

Try Counter-Strike Beta 1. Not only did it have friendly fire as the only option, but Ts and CTs looked alike!

Sometimes the server would crash too. So, what did they do? Write better code? No! They wrote a program to restart a crashed server.

Cavalry archers? Pft, my armies were castles and cannon towers. The enemies didn't stand a chance. What, you mean that it's possible to play without aegis on?

I assume you tower-hop your way to the enemy base? Or do you just rush over a bunch of villagers and pop them at the enemy walls/in the center of town?

While I admit that I am as fond of fortification as the next person. Constructing towers up to the enemy base seems to be far too annoying to be allowed.
Instead, I like to train a great army of various cavalry and destroy everything that way. Of course, trebuchets are practically a prerequisite of getting into anyone's base.

That depended on how far my villager could get without being attacked.

Well, it requires a monstrous economy and the "aegis" cheat, so it's not a problem you'd encounter in a multiplayer game unless you actually were playing with cheats, in which case I'd call it fair game.
