Yuki nods. "Steamed vegetables may be a good idea. Perhaps some broccoli?" Yuki was quite fond of broccoli. And not just because she once assassinated a crime lord with a poisoned plate of it.

Her broccoli steaming attempt is coming along nicely; it looks like it will turn out well.

She hoped Master Leon liked it.

It was then that it occured to her that she may have to see him at supper. No doubt he will be concerned for her.

At about that time, Hani and Ante show up together.

Ante surveys the scene, and is surprised to see the two maids have gotten everything together so quickly.

"Goodness...things certainly go more quickly when we aren't making needless theatrics over it." Ante says with satisfaction.

Lune looked up at the new arrivals to the kitchen.

" Yes, isn't it amazing?"

Yuki just nods, too busy boiling noodles to really make conversation.

"Ah, do either of you know where Merry has gotten off to?"

" No, not at all. I've been...elsewhere." It was a sad little excuse but it was all she had.

" Should we go looking for her?"

"Hmm...perhaps in a bit. She may have gone exploring in the manor. And now that we're all back together, I'd hate to have us all split apart just as lunch is about to be ready. We should look for her if she doesn't show up for lunch for certain, though."

This seemed to be unsatisfying for the skeleton, who tapped his fingers on the white sand.

"Ah, lunch preparations art already underway. Splendid... And Hani freed from the underground as well, I see."

The tall man smiled at that.

She looks down at the fox who had brought her sister back to the surface.

"Renard, we are indebted to you. Thank you."

"...Thank you." Is all Ante can think to say as the Fox disappears down the hole.

She takes a look at Hani, dusting her off as needed, and sets her sister down gently.

"Now then, Hani, let's go join the group again, and see how lunch is going."

Hani nodded and followed Ante.

"Um...." she hesitated, looking as if she wanted to say something.

"Sounds like a fine idea." Lune looked around. I wonder if there are any lemons here or if we must go seek out a tree."

"...There art some lemons, I think, in the pantry."

"Thank thee muchly, Hani. I shall go and retrieve the fox from his duties, then. However... Please understand that when thou rushest off by thy lonesome, it is it passing concerning. Much of this place is dangerous. Please inform someone of thy destination next time, to save us all much worry."

"Mmm..alright then, have fun," She said with a thoughtful smile, and looked out to sea for a few moments and then made her way back to the manor for the kitchen where most chores can be found.

"Thank thee muchly, Hani. I shall go and retrieve the fox from his duties, then. However... Please understand that when thou rushest off by thy lonesome, it is it passing concerning. Much of this place is dangerous. Please inform someone of thy destination next time, to save us all much worry."

Hani nodded, managing to understand him despite being slightly confused by his dialect. "Um, o-okay," she said, still holding Ante's hand.

"Hani and I shall make the lemonade for today's lunch, Terran." Ante volunteers. "...Ah, that is, if you'd like to make it with me, Hani?"

[Deme]

He nods, and then notices Merry entering.

"Ah, Miss Merry. How art thou?"

His eye darted over to Lune, then back to Merry, then back to Lune. The Lune is now diamonds.

[Atreli]

Lune just nodded in her direction.

" Hi Miss Merry. Hope you had a good morning."

The words she said soundeded so melancohly due to the way she said them. She was just too tired to fake it.

The whole thing with Merry this morning may still be fresh in the fellow maid's mind but in hers, it felt like a lifetime ago.

"Oh..heya Mister Terran..I'm alright...I took Skelly to the beach.." She answered as her eyes darted over to Lune. She still didn't believe her to be sincere here, to Merry she didn't believe one could change their feelings for someone in a matter of minutes, unless Lune was bipolar, then maybe.

"Hi." She said simply, awkwardly looking at Lune for a few seconds then looked away.

[Deme]

"Hm. It pleases me to hear our Sir Skeleton is in fine hands."

This satisfied Terran, who nodded and smiled. He looked uneasy, as he tried to decide to go deal with things, or continue speaking to the maids.

"Well, if thou hath no more need of me, or enlightenment to bestow, I shall be off to carry out my further duties."

Lune just shrugged, not really caring what the maid thought.

Sure she could explain herself but there's was no way she was doing that. Some secrets are just better off untold.

Walking slowly away she set out to find something new to do.
