"What? Ow! My shapeshifting is entirely natural!" Somehow. And the 'ow' was because of the poke. "The clothes are magic so they shift with me. Otherwise whenever I become a bird, when I turn back I'm nude, so I didn't want to use it very often. But now I can change shape whenever I want and not need to worry about my state of dress when I arrive." Though Natalie is still barefoot; she's really not a shoe person any more.

"I wish the substance itself had curative properties," Lume sighs, "But it is merely ectoplasm. However, with my capacity to manipulate soul energy - which ectoplasm is a type of - I can use it to heal."

"That's fascinating. There's a half-ghost over at HALO you might want to meet sometime," Quinn observes, but smiles, straightening up and offering Lume her hand. "Welcome to the Good League of Good, Nurse...?"
Since I think Quinn missed the name.

Boathouse

As they step into the boathouse, Jasmine's eyes shift a bit. They change in shape a little, and reflect more light. If Jamie gets a good look, she'll recognize them as deer eyes. Human eyes simply are not as good in low-light conditions.

She steps over to a couple of fishing rods. "Here, these are them, right?" She gestures to them.

Oddball is still on Jamie's shoulder, gazing at the boats. He's still occasionally glancing suspiciously at Jasmine, though.

Suspicious Oddish is suspicious!
He gets a pat from Jamie though, and she nods to Jasmine.
"Yup, that's them! Do you think we should go fishing from the shore or from a boat?"

Alysha nods to Jamie, a large smile on her face. Which is perfectly normal. One could assume Alysha is always smiling.

She opens the freezer and sticks her head in to take inventory of the flavors available. There's neapolitan, chocolate chip cookie dough, mint chocolate chip, french vanilla, and black cherry. Which one you guys want? She's already pulled out the cookie dough, as that's her flavor of choice.

"I'll try cookie dough as well."

She doesn't know her favorite flavor but figures trying them all would end up with some regertable circumstances in her stomach.

"Cooke dough sounds perfect!" Jamie declares. "Do we have any hot fudge?"

Keo doesn't say anything right now. This is all very interesting!

Boathouse

Jamine will pick up two of the fishing rods. "I would like to start on the shore, maybe try a boat later. Do we just need the rods, or is there anything more?"

She either doesn't notice or specifically ignores oddball's suspicion.

Oddball will trust Jasmine someday. Eventually. Maybe. But for now, he's sitting on Jamie's shoulder and occasionally glaring.

"Um, some of it. There's a lot of big bugs. And trolls are big too," Brinika says. "But molerats are small."

Valaira wipes herself off. Her face remains flush. She hopes that nobody took offense to the almost make-out session! She gazes out over the sparkling lake again, calming herself before eating more food.

"Oh, sorry dear," Maggie apologizes. She didn't mean for the poke to hurt. "Oi was just surprised to see a creature could do something like that naturally." The woodlanders step back.

"Quite sorry as well, young lady," Thelonious adds. "But like Tito said, I am Col. Thelonious Greyfoot and this is Maggie Soilheart, and we may be staying here a short while. Pleased to meet you." Thelonious gives a low and extravagant bow.

Main Cabin

"I meant stuff like tables and chairs," Justin clarifies. "But yeah, I've had experience with big bugs. Where I'm from mole rats are pretty big though." He holds his hands apart about the size of a full grown pig. "But I've read that they used to be small."

"That mole girl is a mole thing, but she's big! And the rabbit guy is also big, but rabbits can get really big. And Cats can get REALLY big, and foxes are kinda small, and all sorts of things are big and small and people..."

"Well, we'll need bait," Jamie says, grabbing a tray of Flyin' Lures (As Seen On TV!) from the equipment locker. "And some lawnchairs. But that should do it!"

Oddball smiles and starts releasing a Sweet Scent in the hopes it will help lure fish to the rods. Although Jamie might not want to catch anything, Oddball's trying to help what he thinks is the aim of the activity.

Jasmine will help get the things and set up, and then fish! The lines go into the water and there they stay.

"Yup!" Jamie declares, relaxing in her chair and giggling at Oddball's scent releasing to help. "It's fun."

Alysha sets the container of ice cream on the counter, then opens the fridge and sticks her head in.

Let's see... She pulls her head out after a moment, a jar in her hand. There's a jar of cold fudge. Can probably heat it up in a bowl in the microwave.

"I just did," Quinn says with a smile. "Welcome aboard."

"That'll work!" Jamie declares, leaning in to grab the fudge for microwaving.

She figures why not try as much as possible, right? She doesn't do much to help, mostly just standing around in the way.

Gird sets Ba down who immediately runs off, hops onto a bed, and curls up bleating contently. Gird shrugs and puts his pack, club, and spears by the door. He then starts to take off his armor. If not interrupted he strips down to a pair of fluffy white underwear and pulls out a small ragged blanket made of the same material from his pack. The blanket would barely cover Gird's feet but he clutches it against his chest, walking to the bed Ba had taken.

You can stay here for at least a little while. If you want to stay here all the time, they'd want you to join GLoG. In which case, they'd get you an actual room in one of the cabins.

And then she heads to the Infirmary. Been a while since she's been there. Quinn might wonder where her office assistant went!

Jamie and Jasmine might notice a cat with long, red fur watching them from a rock. He has a blue collar around his neck.

Valaira proceeds to shoot Zero a look that says "Who is this lady and what did you do?"

"Caretaker is the best pet ever!" Brinika announces cheerfully. The drone bobs up and down as if in confirmation.

"I'm Natalie Flome. I think I have a noble title from my mother, but there's a list of ones that are invalidated by marrying a commoner, which Dad technically is, since he lacks a hereditary title and I don't know what the title is anyway." But her dad has been knighted for services to education; he runs a very good university.

Lakeshore

Oddball continues releasing a Sweet Scent. But he's currently staring at the cat. Should the cat smell the scent, it may feel the urge to approach.
