I doubt it. She's an action president with an eyepatch and a jetpack, currently fighting a giant robot. That's not Dr. McNinja radical, but it's still more radical than, say, Virgil or any of the other bad dudes.

The transformation process as far as I understand it is just going to transform totally random people. Radical collected the bad dudes simply because he prefers them to be transformed over more radical people (who, if he gathered them up by the portal, could be transformed instead)

Nope. Its a process of elimination. The more rad you are, the less likely your body is too be used as a conduit.

well, yeah. 'Rad' is basicaly anything a teen from the eighties/early nineties would find cool. Morality doesn't factor so much into it so much as style.

Her mech might be cooler-looking, but it's like made of 50% helicopters. In the McNinjaverse, it's a death sentence. Helicopters are not allowed to stay on-panel for an entire chapter without exploding. It is just something that does not happen. Explosions are inevitable.
