"Slut" is an insult that doesn't make any sense without the assumption that sex is wrong. Nor does "loose", or any of the other things she said.

"Rapist" would have been the most appropriate term here, if you assume that her brother really was unwilling initially.

Face it: If someone hears a woman call her friend a "slut", they're not going to believe that it's about sex with a man who wasn't able to consent. They're going to assume that it's about sex with too many perfectly willing and consenting adult men.
