Well to be fair if that quote is completely correct, Sif never mentioned any other alien visiting earth, she just said they (the Asgardians) stopped a Frost Giant invasion, and from what we've seen in the MCU, prior to Thor 1 & 2, the only threat they took seriously were the Jotun; it is entirely possible, and quite probable that other space-faring races visited Earth and that the Asgardians didn't notice or didn't care.

We know the guest is really, really old, so perhaps Asgard wasn't watching when it visited Earth. I haven't watched Guardians of the Galaxy, so I can't speak to what happened in that film.

First, the Asgardians didn't really care about Earth that much before, so yeah the Kree definitely slipped through their radars, if they even had one after the Jotun invasion.

Also, there are limits to Heimdall's vision as we saw in Thor 2: The Dark World, so it's possible for aliens to visit without arousing the Asgardians.

I'd watch Guardians of the Galaxy, but it isn't for sale yet and I wait for it to get to Red Box, which takes another 30 days after it goes on sale. I missed it the first time around because having two kids tends to put a damper on excursions out of the house which do not involve said kids XD

Long story short the Ravagers, a group of aliens, visited earth in like the 70s or so to kidnap Peter Quill. Their leader is a blue alien, and Sif's comment implies to me at least that no aliens have ever visited Earth...OOPS, I guess, on her part.
