I'm looking at Ghoul Glyph, specifically. I found JaronK making a statement where you can, but RAW seems to say he's... wrong.

The table on p. 129 of the PHB says 50 gp not +50 gp and the description of the tools does not mention either that the price is in addition to the price of a regular tool. It would be a sensible houserule to use it as an upgrade but the rules do not support it.

Also the regular and masterwork artisan's tools (5 gp/55 gp) follow that procedure, but regular and masterwork musical instruments (5 gp/100 gp) do not.

Correct. An attack roll with a natural 20 always hits, even on a confirmation roll. So everyone has a 1 in 400 (two natural 20s in a row) to score a critical hit on a target no matter how high the AC.

Correct. As with all attack rolls only natural 20s automatically hit regardless of AC. An attack roll with a natural 19 no matter the crit range still has to meet or exceed the target's AC.

Benefit: When you are making a charge and wielding weapons in both hands, you can attack with both of your weapons. If you do so, you lose the bonus on attack rolls normally granted by a charge. The -2 penalty to AC from charging still applies.

Benefit: You can designate a third target for your Spring Attack feat.

A Charge is a special full-round action. Spring Attack requires an attack action which takes place during a split move action. There is no possible interaction.
