Go with "couldn't show on daytime cable TV," perhaps; I think that should cover most international standards. Mrs. Henderson Presents bent the line for what could be shown in a PG-13 rated film in a rather severe way.

Ah, the good old days. That was before the invention of the PG-13 rating, a rating that was created largely because of such scenes (blatant but fleeting). Of course, it was violence more than sex that drove the creation of PG-13.

At any rate, a daytime TV would seem a reasonable standard. And modern PG-13 films are a reasonable standard, with the understanding that you can't really do fleeting glimpses in a non-moving picture format. Nor is there an entire work which allows some number of such images.

These are, at best, rough guidelines. Use good judgment and (as always here) don't try to game the system. That never ends well.

As for ideas, I was browsing through the thread a couple of days ago and noticed an idea from one of the users that I don't think was ever used.

The first one is a simple what if Belkar had managed to convince Haley that Elan's 'No clothes means nobody can see you' was a good idea.

Though I don't know how you could keep it fairly clean though. Maybe some well placed shrubbery?
