Actually, Leroy has to be within a range of thirty feet for Salmon to be able to summon him. Which is why he wasn't able to summon Leroy when he was thrown in to the sea.

Since you use fireworks, its painfully obvious you have a lot of money to throw around. He uses, as Chocobo said, adobe illustrator. It aint free though.
