Not harm exactly, but according to the SRD:

Summoned creatures of any type and incorporeal undead wink out if they enter an antimagic field.

Antimagic field. Ghosts are magical in nature, so if one were turned on, it should dispel them.

I don't know about beholder, but Charlie anyway has several spell-like abilities normal beholders don't have. Granted he is sort of an abomination, even by abomination standards. Still...

EDIT: Also, psionics aren't effected by antimagic fields, right?

It's...iffy. I say no in terms of ABR, but probably in terms of D&D.

first of all I shortened the range between them to make it fit.
@beholder try finding my city its protected with the best traps existing and 7000 ghosts with vampiric touch, 500000 kobold and,or gnome sorcerers/wizards 10000 archers plus a lot more, oh and only four people ever found it
