GLoG X: More like Good League of.. of.. Crazy

[Kaelaroth]

A fly buzzes in from the rose garden, and, as Libulel is, strangely, at least six foot up in the air, he gobbles it up, a long tongue, froglike, zooming out his mouth to grab it, and return to his mouth. Licking his lips, he twirls in the air, and lands neatly on his feet, before seeing Turtle.

Turtle grins and applauds. "You're very talented."

[Kaelaroth]

I'm sorry miss, I didn't mean to use them, I'll ju- Wait, what? Oh. Oh, thank you, miss. Nervously, he runs his fingers through his hair, and swallows the fly, hurriedly.

"Didn't mean to use what?"

[Kaelaroth]

My... things. My mother said I had to act like a normal human around here. He says, anxious, hopping a little on one foot, biting his lower lip with little white teeth.

The sounds of sporadic and rapid gunfire can be heard from the lab.
Any investigators would note that Alexander is in there, with a pistol in each hand, shooting at an exceptionally small drone. He seems to have modified the basic drone desgin into one that flies around sporadically whenever he draws his weapons, and is using it for marksmenship training.

He knows of the training rooms, but hes been so obsessed playing with his new toy that he has yet to leave the lab.

"Pfft... that's silly. As long as you aren't acting evil, you can act like whatever you want. See?" She shapeshifts to grow very thin and tall, but still human formed, and then into a turtle. Then back to her normal self.

"I'm only half human. My husband is an elf. We have a kobold here, as well as several pixies. Be whoever you want, okay?"

[Kaelaroth]

Oh. Wow, um, like, wow. Libulel blushes a little pink, and grins. Wow, um, my great-great aunt Milly's a pixie. He hears the gunshots, and blinks, worried. Bandits!

[Morty]

No, that's just Mr. Alex practicing. Wenomir wanders into the kitchen witn an irritated expression.

[Kaelaroth]

Practicing what? Libulel says, lightly leaping up, and clinging to the ceiling above in a slight panic, sticking to the wall gecko-like.

[Morty]

Marksmanship. Apparently he uses one of the drones as the target practice.

[Kaelaroth]

Oh. Libulel says, lightly dropping to the floor again, landing crouched on all fours, fluid.

[Quinsar]

Caroline is walking around....

[Thanatos 51-50]

The gunfire stops, and is replaced by a single, loud exclamation, sounding vaguely like "Meatpuppet".
Alexander has run out of ammunition.
He holdsters his weapons and makes his way to his quarters.
He passes Caroline in the hall, and - not recogniseing her, gives her a smile and a gererous nod as he shuffles towards his room.
"G'day," he offers in a genuinely amiable manner.

[Morty]

Wenomir returns to the workshop, and the noises and swearing continues.

After finishing her conversation with Libulel and encouraging him to continue dancing whenever and however he likes, Turtle heads off to deadtimeland.

((deadtime till morning))

[Quinsar]

Hey....
She's a tiny tiefling.

"What're you up to, dahlin'?" he asks, more out of curisosity than anything else.

(Alex is quite obviously (since hes not wearing his cowl) and very much a cyborg.)

[Quinsar]

I dunno.... Wanderi....

[Thanatos 51-50]

They pass through the central Great room on their way to the dormotories (Assuming Caroline follows)
"Well - whats your name, then? I'm pretty new here and don't know everyone, yet."

[Quinsar]

I'm Caroline. And hey, I'm new too!

[Lex-Kat]

Lex flies out. Hey, Caroline! We're not done with the tests yet. We need to figure out what's wrong with you.

[Quinsar]

Okay....
....

[Lex-Kat]

Lex escorts Caroline back to the infirmary. As I was saying, the Pixie Dust shrinkage should only last for about three minutes. You've been small for over an hour.

She sets the med drones to start running non-intrusive tests. Just relax. This should only take a few minutes.

[Quinsar]

Her body seems to have absorbed it and is keeping it in her. I wanna keep her small for a while, please.

[Lex-Kat]

((It's up to you. It just has Lex upset.))

Well, somehow, your body isn't holding onto the magic that shrunk you. I... I don't know what to do about it.

I'm going back to Neirian. Maybe one of the healers will know what to do.

[Quinsar]

No!...
It's... Nice being little...

[Lex-Kat]

Lex looks back at Caroline. Not if you don't have wings. You're lucky Alex is observant, he might've stepped on you. And do you know how horrible it is when you fall asleep in a chair, and George sits on you? Lex shivers. I still have nightmares.

Don't worry, I probably won't be back for a while. If you still want to be small when I get back, I won't do anything. Lex POPs away.

[Quinsar]

She sighs and just sits there.

[Thanatos 51-50]

Alex walks into the infirmary holding a bowl of gruel and smiling.
"Caroline, right? Want company?"

And then, after a small pause:
"Mind if I ask whats behind all the tinyness?"

Assuming Caroline is agreeable to his prescene and isn't offended by the question, he'll pull up a chair and begind shovelling the gruel into his mouth.
